One fine day in the middle of the night (sorry - wrong button)
Two dead men got up to fight
Back to back, they faced each other
Drew their swords and shot each other

Oh you edited and filled in the lines, now I look a right berk with me last post!! rolleyes lol
..........
One was blind and the other couldn't, see
So they chose a dummy for a referee.
A blind man went to see fair play,
A dumb man went to shout "hooray!"
A paralysed donkey passing by,
Kicked the blind man in the eye,
Knocked him through a nine inch wall,
Into a dry ditch and drowned them all
A deaf policeman heard the noise,
And came to arrest the two dead boys,
If you don't believe this story’s true,
Ask the blind man he saw it too!
hehe very cool, never seen that one biggrin

That's cos you've got it wrong. It's "Where's the soap. Yes, it does, doesn't it."

Oh you've got to be kidding me... I've spent the last decade trying to figure out how that was funny and all the time I'd got it wrong. redface
Thanks to Steve for finally shedding some light on the joke here too... I'd got as far as "Where's" being "Wears" but I was thinking as-in "wears clothes" not "wears out" so I was still stumped. sad
I'm so stupid! :silly:
The soap in the bath joke I got told when I was 14.... and in all innocence asked my maths teacher, in the strict catholic school I went to, to explain it to me!! And he did redface
I went to a strict catholic school too and a lot of the teachers were priests. We used to have to explain the jokes to them rather than the other way round. lol
