Well we’ve heard some scary stories about women who only swing to please the man, personally speaking I would rather be threatened with a boob job than pushed into sleeping with strangers if it wasn’t something I wanted to do.

I would and I have. You would not know they were implants unless you had read this before meeting me as I am a size 36 A or B depending on the make and model of bra and where I'm buying it. I'm assured by those in the know that mine are as soft and natural feeling as any real ones. Actually nowadays I am in the know 
Before the op (16 years ago) I did'nt fill an A cup and my confidence and body image was at rock bottom. I was already on the waiting list before being with Stormy so it definitely wasn't for his benefit. I'm glad I did it and have never looked back and would have it done again in the future if I ever need to.

i have a best friend she has implants not for a bloke but for her, she has 2 kids now but she is a fab person and has a first as a school teacher made her feel better and i loves her to bits so it is a personal thing not about men thanks for all your comments
I have two contradictory views on this.
I believe anybody who wishes to can do anything legal to their body if it makes them happy.
I believe some people do all sorts of things for the wrong reasons. A very common wrong reason is to make somebody else happy. All sorts of alarm bells go off for me if somebody who allegedly loves somebody seeks to change them in any way.

Mike. Honestly, we have seen some where you just wouldn't know by look or feel the breasts just looked like really nice natural size and shape breasts, lovely things they were, and hey they made us feel good and if the person sporting them feels good about having them too then thats good.

There must be a need for cosmetic surgary.
If you are small and want bigger ones, as your size makes you feel bad in some way.
If you are large, and life is so bad with the weight of them, and the strain on your back.
And of course when reconstruction is needed.
I have never felt "fake boob" so really do not know.
I think I said what I did, as in my head I was thinking of the over sized comic boobs that some go for.
I wouold not want a lady to change her boobs for me though, only if she wanted too.
This is typed after seeing the latest boob post on the forum, and reminded me of this older one.

As far as cosmetic surgery goes, women shouldn't do it to keep a man, they should do it for themselves. I just hope if they do to ahead with it, they have researched and fully believe that if they do get them, it will truly bring them what they think they are 'missing', whether it is confidence, happiness or just a bigger pair of norks!
