...and although the idea of my folks at it in a room full of friends is very scarey, my old man has got "that glint" about him....I think maybe he's a bit of a veteran!
Just really getting to know folks just now, but I would seriously love to do something at my place (the one in Wolves!) - would be fun to have you all round!
You guys'll want to get to know me too, so how bout doing something in Nov - my birthday's on the 20th.....it'd be cool to do something!
Oh and NN - sorry I'm from down here (lived in London for the first ickle bit of my life, then Basingstoke, then Wolves), so I guess I've got the dodgy accent thing going on!!!

Geez! I go out for a few hours and the place runs wild!!!
OK OK, its a pretty straight forward thing. I lived in a nice flat on the West side of Wolves, had phone line and net access.
Finally decided to stop throwing money at rent bills and a girlfriend, and invested in a flat on the East side of Wolves with a big scarey mortgage, no girlfriend and no phone line.
Subsequent months have witnessed much tightening of the belt!
Anyways, all seems a bit acedemic - I resigned on Friday and hot-footed it to my folks place in Basingstoke where there's internet access and lots of free time to catch up with all the things I'd totally lost sight of in the rat race....although I'm yet to see anything exciting happen down here!

So....anyone interested in a belated housewarming for SH members?!? Could double up with as a farewell to my old job party and really push the boat out!

Fairly fit woman, forties came in and asked for some durex for her camera!!
We discovered after red faces all round that she meant Duracell, but I had to wonder a) what was going through her mind, and b) what that camera was gonna witness later!
