And is it me or do they never look good in photos anyways?

Wouldn't worry about it Steff35....I have it on in the car most of the time, and I'm just pushing 28.
Mostly because the stations were repositioned and Radio 1 went a bit downhill.....don't mind listening to Vernon Kaye at the weekends though.
Otherwise, Sony Network Walkman, 20GB, 13'000 tunes to choose from!

God...I love music so much it's really hard to pin it down to one.
When I moved to Wolves, rock band "Stain'd" were pretty big and they had a tune out that completely summed up my fears of leaving the homeland and venturing away...
Later it was Nickelback "This is how you remind me of what I really am"
Last year Ian Brown "Keep what you got, by giving it all away.." (summed up my feelings at work really)
Couple of life-long tunes that have follwed me though - Boston and "More than a Feeling" and the one that was pinned to me at college: Iron Maiden and "Bring your daughter to the Slaughter"......dont know why that would've been :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

Not sure I like tarty if we're talking Viv Windsor/Emmerdale tarty...
I am a bit of a voyeur though, and that hint of something sexy really gets me going...woman in a business suit with just that extra couple of buttons undone on the blouse during a meeting is a sure fire way for me to not get my job done!
I think its generally about the way it's carried off, and as has already been said in the thread, you can go out on a Friday night and see some examples of just waaaaay too much on show.

All this talk of weighing Gem's cleavage reminded me of a naff chat-up line a mate (honest) of mine used to chat girls up when we were out....

I was at an interview yesterday too, and am pretty confident it'll work out.
Didn't help when I got on the train to learn there'd been a signal failure halfway though....crowded platform, no train, major nerves....anxious wasn't the word for it!
I get really nervous with anything like interviews, so I know where you were at....still all came good for ya hun!

Hmmm...I guess the day I decided to start posting here is as good as any!!!
Seriously...I was sat in a pub in Maidenhead many moons ago, in the garden, on Christmas Eve, with the snow falling....with my pint of coke (I was driving).
Upon asking my friend what she'd really like for Christmas, she replied that it wasn't so much what she wantedas where. We were all going through a bit of a thing for living in Cornwall then....so guess where we jumped in the car and headed?!
About 5 hours later, through some of the worst weather I've ever seen on the M4, we arrived at Polzeath. We kipped in the car in a car park (noone'd heard of dogging back then!) at the top of the cliffs, wind and sea raging, electrical storm kicking off and absolutely freezing, with just two cans of McEwans and a bar of Dairy Milk for comfort!
Woke up next morning and discovered the tiny Spar shop was open. Nuked a cheese and onion pasty for breakfast, and headed home.

I guess it depends what kinda chips you're having...
If it's good old chunky english chips, no question, it has to be the red stuff....
However! Since I moved to the West Mids, I've experienced a strange phenomenon - Bright Orange Chips!!! Never seen them anywhere else....I think they're cooked in a different oil, could even be some kind of batter mix (guess the folks that've grown up there can help on this one?)....to cut a long story short, they go BRILLIANTLY with that cheap just add water curry powder.....no way would you want either of the red or brown sauces polluting that.
Lastly, I tend to find the "fries" you get in macca's or Burger King particulary tasty when dipped in a blend of red sauce and mayo. VERY IMPORTANT that when you empty the sachets, the two are lined up next to each other and NOT MIXED, thus allowing one to select the desired dip, or the tasty combo in one swipe.
But then again, what would I know....?!

If everyone was up for chipping in to a day's studio hire, we could make a proper go of this!
Studio's run in at about £250 for a full day, so I guess between a big group of us that wouldn't be too painfull?
We'd shoot it all digitally and if anyone's a bit handy with photoshop we could create something pretty special...
As I said, just throwing this in as an idea!

I'm a trained photographer! Spent many happy years in the darkroom (oo-errr) and have recently spent a bloody fortune on new digital kit.

I posted a similar thread last week (one of the less technically challenged migth find it and post it for you??!!?!?)
I had a similar experience with a one liner reply and a phone number which felt strange. I created a post, and on the advice received, I sent a reply inviting them to talk to me on MSN, or drop me an email.
The reponse to this? It simply came back as "got pic" not even a question mark, so I couldn't be sure if it was a question or a statement!
My own feeling is that if it's not worth the effort of a half decent response, it's not worth following up on - especially as I went to loads of trouble with my email, and included a pic in the original!
Then again, I am fussy....just ask Darkfire!
I'm sure the others'll give you some sound advice, but hope this helps an ickle bit?

This post has actually made me feel really sad
I'm stunned to think that people are that mean. I accept that I'm a single str8 bloke, and there are hundreds of us. I accept that there are a tiny number of ads that I can reply to, and I don't try to alter peoples minds - why would they?!
The thing that irritates me more is that these people actually give the rest of us a bad name!
Incidently, take some comfort that you're not totally alone - only last week I was PM'd by a single fem taking the mick out of my looks!
I don't know many of you on a personal basis, but I HAVE had the pleasure of talking in the forums with lots - every single one of you has been amazing.
Guess we'll just stick together and keep the shallow people out eh?
