I started something similar about two years ago, you soon find why single guys have such a bad rep - I had quite a few weirdos and time wasters. Having decided it was impossible to screen people without face to face contact I stopped recruiting. I now have a few guys I have met through other meets or have been reccomended by couples and I know I can trust them.
Might I also suggest attending socials or clubs and getting guys that way, it will be much simpler ;)
I would definately get verified - takes very little effort and gives peace of mind to people checking your profile that you are what it says on the tin.
Like the others suggest the chatrooms are a great place to meet, you can still stay quite discreet and be on cam.
I would also look at what items you have on your activities list.....remove anything thats not a 'must have' for you during sex e.g. you have watersports and anal listed which may discourage others from contacting you, if these are not a major factor then maybe discuss them further down the line....
Although I dont underestimate the difficulty of coping with physical disability I think an injury resulting in mental impairment would be much harder for me to deal with
