Valentine's is a stupid idea - why should you have a day when you send your loved one flower, presents, notes etc? It's not a surprise then. Throughout the whole year is much more fun.
is a pay site but they have a lot of free forums with some good discussion relating to D/S issues on there.
yep, gotta say i draw the line at anything involving shit or vomit.
Which reminds me, what an earth were Roman Ltd, who sell showers, thinking when they chose as a domain?
Now what you need is one of these linked up to a motion sensor car alarm:
I love this cartoon, the best thing i've seen in ages.
Definitely a love or hate thing though...

I think you should set up a separate forum, with the option to hide it from view in everyone's profile :
"Xth post celebration messages and questions about Does Size Matter?"
Nowt like killing two birds with one stone.
gibbing - is that like gobbing, spitting in each others mouths?
As for stuff people haven't heard of, how about wolfbagging ?
The first google hit for that is a pretty accurate and funny definition.
crikey - looks like i've just missed a fairly savage exchange in this thread!!
:scared:
spanking counts, definitely.
A friend of mine got her first spanking within 2 weeks of losing her virginity, at 16 - it took about 3 years before she realised the guy she was with was just taking advantage of her innocence, and left him.
She still loves it though !!!
Just out of interest, have you asked him ?
This is a follow on from the bondage thread I saw a while ago, so apologies to those whose boat isn't floated by this subject!!
At what age did you first try something 'kinky' (i.e. bondage, s&m), and realise that this was what you'd been missing all along?
For me it was about 16, for my girlfriend, it was 30 (about a month ago  )

I can't remember who told me this about female orgasms, but apparently
"if you're not sure, you haven't"?
How do you know if she has?
Ask her. Then do it again to make sure.
Just to be really sure, wait until she tells you her head's gonna fall off if she does again, then do it another 3 times.
Better safe than sorry

Pah... large breasted blonde bimbo pouring beer on herself.. so what???

It always strikes me as a bit ironic when I see people from one 'subculture', (as I think swinging could fairly be described as) being dismissive and intolerant of another.
You may not have enjoyed his music, and you may not have agreed with his message, but surely you can see that he added a little colour and variety to the world, and pissed off a lot of the moral majority 'not in my backyard' types who would clamp down on alternative music AND alternative lifestyles?
That should be enough reason to be ever so slightly saddened by his passing.

Since getting broadband and unfettered access to huge quantities of free porn of all descriptions, I find that I hardly ever look at the stuff now, maybe once every couple of weeks? The desire just isn't there any more!
Is anyone else bored of porn?

Swiss balls (those big inflatable things that people have at the gym for doing crunches on) - everyone should buy one. Why?
They're great to exercise on, fun, easy, you can do little bits here and there, versatile.
They make a great chair - sort out bad posture, cheaper than most office chairs too.
They're great fun to kick around and break things with.
So? Why are you posting this on a swinging site CM? What interest could this possible have for us?
Well..
Try having sex while sitting on one. Oh. My. God.
Anyone else got any good 'dual purpose' objects? (phallic shaped things dont count - far too obvious!)

I've lost 2 stone of fat in the last 4 months, and put on over 1/2 stone of muscle - here's what's worked for me:
Exercise is vital - I don't know a single person who's successfully lost and kept weight off without incorporating some into their lifestyle
Focus on excercises that build muscle, rather than just lose fat (i've got very into weight training, but I know it might not be everyone's cup of tea) - more muscle = more calories that you burn at rest. There's no need to go silly like one of those freaky mr univere types - just a little will do.
Avoid fad or clever diets like the plague. One of the biggest problems with food today is that people make it so complicated - it really shouldn't be.
Weight watchers + slimming world seem ok though - my mum's lost 4 st on s.w.
Don't look at what you're doing as a "diet" or just to lose some weight for a certain thing. There's about as much point in that as giving up smoking for a month. You'll dislike doing it, and and be annoyed with yourself at the end when you undo all the gains. For it to be worth doing, it has to be a change of lifestyle. Which is why you need to avoid fad diets as they aren't sustainable.
Cheat! How often you can do this depends on your body, i get away with several times a week at the moment, but one day a week is what most people recommend. Just eat something you shouldn't and enjoy it! Never feel guilty about eating!
Listen to your body - if you're following a certain eating plan and feeling crappy, change the plan. It doesn't suit you. Learn what you can and can't get away with food wise - don't stress if you are losing weight and suddenly put a bit back on, just try to suss out what you've done differently.
The eating regime I follow is:
No processed foods, only "proper food"
Wholegrains only - brown bread, brown rice etc
I avoid white potatoes too, eat sweet potatoes instead
Get lots of fibre - oats are great for this
Lots of meat, fish, poultry etc, love it
Eat even more fruit and veg - get at least your 5 portions, pref more each day
Try to eat 6-7 smaller meals each day, rather than 3 big ones.
There. If there's anything else I can think of, I'll post it...
