In no particular order-
Napalm Death
Peter and the Test Tube Babies
Pixies
Wedding Present
the View
Toots and the Maytals
Clash
Spiritualized/Spacemen 3
Joy Division
Half man half biscuit
And how many of these bad drivers were wearing hats?
The worst drivers are those that wear hats whilst driving. FACT!
Just check it out next time you're on the road. It has nothing to do with age or type of car driven, just anyone with a hat on.
Doc Marten boots (ox Blood)
Harrington jackets
Cockney Rejects
Football aggro at Chelsea
Let me know when and I'll join you.
Get out there and explore and be patient. Good things come to those who wait and aren't handed out on a plate.

I do 1000 motorway miles most weeks and have to say the M4 is the most boring motorway there is as well as having the drivers with the worst lane discipline.
I was in Banbury the other day and got stuck in traffic jam. Is that as exciting as it gets?
Still having fun around the area, try some of the less usual places and wait until a bit later.
I fondly remember as a young inexperienced 19 year old having a wonderful experience with a 30something lady and thinking it was the best thing in the world ever, and looking back it's still not far off!
Did anyone see The Killers version of Shadowplay on the NME awards last night? And what about Primal Screams' White Man In Hammersmith Palais?
Not from the 80s, but cover versions all the same, just thought I'd mention them
"You'll always find me in the kitchen at Parties"
Russ Abbott
Surely that was Jona Lewie?
Waiting about is half the fun!
I used to be an Officers Mess Bar manager and I have seen ladies sent home at the door for not wearing a floor length dress.
It kind of depends on the Regiment, some are more formal than others so it's worth checking exactly what the dress code is. Apart from that there never seemed to be any problem with how much cleavage was showing which was great for me serving the wine!

I can confirm what picadilly says about Saturdays, there is usually some fun to be had. Thats the only night I ever go so can't comment on the rest of the week
Most of the films aren't too bad either, quite modern and in English.
I posted this on another thread some time ago, but I'll bore you with it again
The band I most regret missing is The Clash though I did go to a Clash gig 1n '77 - The White Riot tour- as a 13 year old boy. Just as they came on stage I was hit on the back of the head by a bottle and the next thing I knew I was sitting in the pub kitchen with an ice pack on my head and could hear brief muffled clips of Joe Strummer whenever anyone opened the kitchen door. Never got the chance to see them again until they went downhill.
By louder do you mean the engine is revving more than usual? If so probably the clutch is knackered

Seems to have posted a lot, but as far as I'm concerned --
1/10
The Lurkers....... Now they were a good band from the late 70's, from Fulham I believe.
But long split up so I don't think they can answer any questions
I don't watch it, just call me scrooge
