If we truly accept that we all going to die, but enjoy the journey of life; embracing it's many twists, turns and foibles; death should hold no fear. I don't fear death. I don't want it, but I don't fear it. When he comes for me again, I'll be ready.
Ready to welcome him, or ready to fuck him off

... At the mo I have no fears about getting older (but that's cos incontinence and dementia seem a faraway place ) Actually I refuse to admit to getting older ( I have been 28 for 4 years now :smug: )

..there were two thumping sounds..neither of them from mrs D  the first was that of a car door slamming shut. the other, the sound of the people carrier driver attaching himself to the side of my vehicle like a limpet  :

Hi,
I have been looking for a single bi woman to join me for my 1st time along with my partner. He will only playing a role with me & for my pleasure and support I guess.
To date its been impossible finding someone who does not want to bring hubby or partner to just "watch" or is happy with my partner being involved with just me & no sexual contact with them or being involved at all.
Am I asking for too much?
Lou

The profile basically says, I'm not looking? So why the rant that you can't meet anyone?
No pics available, very few preferences, no adds and agressive? Why would anyone respond?![]()
I'm a genuine bloke looking for more regular fun, rather than one offs, why would I contact you? Its easy I wouldn't based on the perception you give.
Don't get me wrong, you may be a lovely person, funny and really genuine, but there is no way for anybody to guess that:
So nope don't think your looking in the wrong place, just the wrong way

I'm mostly a 'what you see is what you get' type of person and certainly don't have any airs and graces ( though not as common as muck either) but I do wonder what impression people have of me before we meet and am I really that good/bad.

I hate people who blatantly lie to either get their own way or to cover their own back. I don't suffer fools gladly and if I'm lied to and subsequently taken for a complete ride, ice cream and all, then you may as well pack your bags.
So in this example, by placing the emphasis on the word ‘talk’ rather than acknowledging the overall meaning of the question they can mislead, ie we didn’t talk (but we did send text messages/emails/etc though you didn‘t specifically ask that so I won‘t admit to it)
Is this still what you would call lying?
