1. What is whispering in the chat room?
It's like a private message Hence you "whisper it"
2. Lots of people seem to be logged on but not much chat is that normal?
Some might be watching cam's, some may be away from computer or the above mentioned whispering. It's fairly normal
3. Can I start a chat area about a subject I want to chat about?
Yes, as long as it doesn't break the chat room rules (which can be found in the chatroom forum)

I rather think that the debate of "married women vs single women" is a no brainer. To me, a woman is a woman in her own right. A piece of paper and a bit of metal on a finger does not define her as an individual or as a sexual person.
