I didn't know it was down, as I was away for the weekend, but I do know what it's like when a site that you use a lot goes down:
First minute after site fails to reload: Reset connection, refresh the browser.
Third minute: Do the above again, but with a minor curse on your lips.
Fifth minute: Repeat again, but now medium curse
Seventh minute: Now screaming at the computer, and threatening major remodelling with a ten pound lump hammer.
Thirty Minutes: Two ciggy's a Ludicrously strong coffee later you're now pulling wires, rebooted the computer from scratch, contacted atleast ten people on your *** list, who either tell you to get a bloody life or worse still are in a state of hysteria which reaches cataclysmic proportions as you both realise that you're panicked.
One hour: Major *** conversation linked with half of you list as to what's going on. Opinions ranging from "It's just routine bloody maintenence, get a life" to "Zomg!!!!!11 The vanilla's have taken over SH towers and are now ready to force us all into concentration camps where everyone gets brainwashed with copies of the Daily Mail to turn us all back into 'Model citizens' "
Day two: Lose all will to live and decide to end it all with a tub of Cadbury's Dairy Milk chocolate ice cream.......
Day three: Suicide attempt failed, log onto computer out of habit, and realise that the site had been back half the day, but because your brain was OD'd on sugar, you'd passed out.

I've been dying to meet quite a few people from here for a whole variety of reasons and yes there are one or two that I would like to meet with the possibilty of a sexual encounter. That said, as much as you can get seduced by words, photos etc etc the real proof of the pudding is when you both meet. I've been to a fair few Munches and whilst I've never been disappointed in meeting anybody, there have been a few times where people I've wanted to meet haven't been quite how I expected. It's not their fault, but mine due to the perception of them I had in my mind.
Flirting and posting is all very well, but face to face is when you really know for certain....for me anyway.
