Are you in chat now, or was this earlier on? I only ask as I wanted to see if they appear on mine - if that's the case it could be a site problem. If not it's your computer and I can't think of anything that may cause your computer to suddenly change language set :shock:

In all seriousness, although the pic is still a bit blurry, I think the gist is that the symbols in question are Japanese/Chinese symbols for male/female/Couple lol

Joe I use an O2 dongle and with the exception of a few niggles, find that it's more than enough to surf this site, check 6 other sites (non swinging ones) and use chat at the same time. It's not as fast as "proper" Broad band, but it sees me through until I get proper broadband.
No need to say good bye just yet biggrin

I don't watch tv much (mainly as the area I live in has such crap reception I would need a twenty foot ariel on the roof to get anything, and my housemates and myself can't yet afford cable.... rolleyes

There are a lot of things I could change to make my life different, but as Neil and a few others have said - no point, making mistakes is part of life so I've had to embrace them.
However, the only thing I regret is not being able to say good bye to a friend I had who was victim to a D, D and D'er (Drink, drugs driver) We was born on the same day, went to school together and was so close many referred to us as twins (even though we obviously looked very different) She moved south about 15 years ago, and she'd always come back to the Midlands to "do the rounds" to visit friends and family. But 10 years ago on a night just out she was run over at a pedestrian crossing. I didn't find out until our Birthday a couple of days later, as her Parents understandably were too upset to be able to think about anything except their loss.
What really hurts is that the person who killed her is now out of Prison, so this year was especially hard for me.
I do know one thing though..... I reckon she'd have loved this site lol

It is getting over hot and stopping everytime it loads up.
I have started it happily in safe mode and it loves it. I have virus checked and all that mallarkey. I have also vaccummed all the dust (and there was a lot) and it worked for a whole hour. It is now back to the beginning again where it crashes and then attempts to restart and even before the password screen (I have one to prevent my son seeing his mum's 'photo's' ) it crashes....
I assume it is overheating. Can I fix that easily ? if so what do I do ?

Sounds like the fan that cools the processor is broken or about to break.
If your computer is recently new then I'd suggest taking it back and tell them you want it fixing...if it's older :
If you can find out which processor it is, you should be able to get a replacement. I won't be able to tell you how to remove the old one and replace it without knowing which one it is, although most fans are easy to replace.
To find out what processor you have do the following if you have Vista (XP should be similar if not the same....):
Go to the start button (bottom left)
Select "System and maintenance" and then "System"
The screen should then tell you what processor you have (eg - mine is a Intel Celeron 530 @ )
The important bit is the NAME of the processor, mainly certain processors HAVE to have a certain type of fan to cool it.
If you have a local computer shop, take the information in and ask them for a price (I can't help you with how much you should expect to pay again as I don't know what you have sad

) DO try to avoid places such as PC world as they take your soul as payment.
The removal of the casing is again dependant on what you have, but should be straight forward....however, if in doubt get a local expert (or geek) to help you.

I don't think you were taking the piss. If anything, sticking to your guns and NOT allowing yourself to be directed allowed people to get to know you better. I know I would have respected you for it. Many's the time I've gone into a room which has started out totally serious (I.E. no one was bantering, hardly any public chat and cams "Business-like"), but as you said one comment made or a common belief in something and such a room can be a riot of fun.
I don't believe in rooms being confined to what it's description says. I'm nearly always found in the Midlands room on Server 3, and although it's made up of mainly Midlanders anyone is welcome in there as long as common curtesy and common sense is observed.
Ultimately, the chat rooms are for fun - too many rules and constrictions and it loses so much.
