Forgot to mention some of my in vehicle bits run off 12v and some 24v like my large fridge, (the small one runs off 12v), so I have to also have reducers to step down from 24 to 12v.
My microwave is AC mains powered so if I want to use that in my truck I need to use my power inverter which changes the power supply from DC to AC.
Then there's my kettle which is 12v and my fan which is 24v.
I tell you it's a nightmare sometimes!

Hmmmmmmmm the problem I have is with all the ancillary bits and bobs and knowing which bit mates with which bob.

Am in a large city centre hotel tonight (not supposed to be here 'cos the booking is for one), enjoying 4 star luxury and with a 2' wide window sill which I discovered when I pulled the curtains back to open the window.

Anyway, it's a wicked place to sit and have a fag outta the window, so I'm sat there on the sill in a comfy white cotton thong watching the street scene below and at peace with the world.
It's soooooooooooooooo interesting. Just now a guy went past on a skateboard, no lights mind you and I'll bet untaxed, MOTd, or insured, but saving his shoe leather for the next uphill slope.
Every now and then a peep or two will walk past and so far I've heard about 8 different languages. Had a bird's-eye view of a few bald spots, etc., etc. :P

Have you got some kind of similar experience of a particular moment/place/episode which is total and utter trivia and yet for you is so full of colour? :dunno:
