Quote by Sgt Bilko
On March 9th I we (Me, Mrs Bilko and baby Bilkos) are flying to Dubai for a week, then flying to Singapore for two nights. We will then catch a ferry to an island off Indonesia and spend a week there.
We then go back to Singapore and fly to Brisbane in Australia where we intend to spend the rest of our lives.
Oooh I'm a giddy kipper now!! :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Wow Sarge, only just seen this!!!!! yippeeee for you... I bet it feels fab smile
My 6 year old son sitting on the floor with his Mechanno (sp) with the pieces laid out in front of him exactly the same as the instructions say... he is absolutely engrossed and I am bursting with love for him...
I spent some time this morning perusing the magazine racks of a very well known store. I don't usually buy ANY newspapers or magazines, but I was about to have a cup of tea in said store and did'nt want to be Billy no mates on my own at the table trying to look like I was'nt people watching...which I would have been if I did'nt have a magazine wink
Aaannyway... I was faced with Hello, Ok, Good Housekeeping etc on the one hand, with their celeb and royalty new baby photo's, taken in homes that look like palaces. Then Closer, Heat and "which celeb shall we diss today" on the other showing me photo's of famous foo foo's, ballsed up boob jobs, and, I kid you not... Keanu Reeve's ear wax in close up . In between those we have Take A Break et al showing me piccies of various grandchildren in compromising positions with the the cute family pet rolleyes
Where's the magazine that's right for me evil I can't relate to Hello and Ok because they are all so far out of my league that they bore me. I can't relate to Good Housekeeping most of the time because they have stories in there that tell of 40's plus women that have beat the odds and done this that and the other. You start to empathise with them until half way through the story when you realise they have a nanny helping with the kid's and a husband with a £250,000 a year job giving them a "little" cash injection whenever times get tough...thus of course making the odds so much easier to beat
Where's the magazine for the woman in her 40's, running a business, trying to train in another, actively encouraging her husband to follow his career dream too and fitting in time for the children and all their associated needs too. Bearing in mind said woman could'nt care less about how tough it is for the family on benefits moaning that they can't afford any more money on top of the 3K they have already spent on pressies for the kids, or that this or that celeb has put on a whole pound in the space of a week...you know!, the magazine for ORDINARY women that do have some brains.
Ok I admit, I do have a peep at Closer when Mum brings it home . Oh and that story about the girl finding her mother after 20 years did produce a tear  and the babies in Hello are quite cute sometimes lol
Anyone got any suggestions for good sensible reading for me?? receipes I don't have to break the bank to buy the ingredients for and that don't take a week to make, clothes I can afford to buy and that look good on the small dumpy 43 year old ?? Oh and stories that are truly inspirational??
Oh I ended up with Woman and Home by the way...in case you were wondering smile
Ooooh and me now!!!
I admit to a ladywank this morning lying beside Stormy. After just having laughed, at a very inopportune moment, whilst astride him, because the headboard was banging and he was desperately hanging on to it to stop the banging and concentrate on cumming at the same time....luckily he did raise a grin too wink
I'm sorry to hear about this Boney sad
I agree wholeheartedly with LP or Random wotsit (whatever his name is lol). It's the opinion that most matches mine.

ABSOBLUDDYLUTELY!!!!!!
Those poor folk were no different to our spiritual people and healers of today. For goodness sake you can even get an NVQ (I think) in Reiki healing today...Imagine that a while back you would have been drowned for it
I hope they get their pardon bless them

I'm not sure I can take 4 years of this ..... rolleyes

:therethere: I'm not sure you're going to be able to either Stormy lol I can't help getting so absorbed in what I'm doing, that it takes over everything else. I did a bit of creative writing yesterday and I really wanted to put it in the forum because I was so proud of it. rotflmao See! there's no hope for me :notes:
Since starting an access course, which I hope will allow me to go to Uni to do a degree, I find that I can't now, read a post without checking the grammar and punctuation. rolleyes It's really irritating confused
I think I might be turning into Freckles, bless her lol
I'm doing the English module at the moment, so with a bit of luck it will wear off when I'm on to Maths. Mind you, I'll be doing parapsychology after that so I'll be looking out for signs of depression in you all and trying to analyse how you are feeling :P
Be afraid..be very afraid smile
Do you all do that? read threads and posts I mean, through whatever coloured specs you are wearing, from the events that are going on in your lives?
There are quite a few reasons why I havn't been posting much of late. Time is at a premium as real life has been definitely at the forefront and taking precedence over everything else. There does come a time in everyone's membership I feel when you have seen and answered just about every question there is to ask on a forum about sex or otherwise and rather than inform people of the search button 6 times a day I prefer to keep the way clear for people who want to answer it constructively. We may have seen it before but the new people who are talking to each other in these threads are, like we did forming friendships through these posts. I don't like the nit picking, I don't like digs and I don't like having links to the newspapers shoved under my nose everyday...I don't buy them for that very reason. This is NOT a dig at anyone who does that either..it's just not my thing, but I don't come and complain about it. Also every thread seems to be a question...what would you do?, what would you say?, do you think?, etc etc I sometimes feel like I'm being asked to take part in a survey when I come in the cafe lol
I won't leave this site and will probably post prolifically once again, but just not at the moment.
