I find it awful when you build what you thought was a friendship with someone only to find out later that they've just hung around because they were desperate to shag you.
I've been on the receiving end on several occasions, and its the friendship under false pretences that really saddens me. evil

Whats even worse is when you find that they only want ya verge rolleyes lol
Yes I would but only because mine gives me physical problems. I've got over how it looks nowadays because I've seen so many that look similar (I used to think I was the only one with an outy lol )
I know about the pain but yes I would do it and save myself discomfort in the years to come.
Right!! evil I'm fed up with all the backstabbing gits on here. I'm pissed off with newbies posting the same old "new" threads every time they join (in fact I'm fed up with newbies full stop, ban em!) I'm really tired of receiving winks and one liners and blokes pretending to be girls rolleyes From now on if anyone needs help they aint getting it from me...my PM box is locked confused If you want an all out argument though, I'm your girl mad
Oh yeah and I'm leaving :P
Was that ok....I don't think I've ever said any of those things before...have I :?: redface
Ok yes I agree you can survive without eating meat. I did for a whole 9 months whilst pregnant and suffered no ill effects whatsoever. I didnt feel healthier but I didnt feel unhealthy either..no different at all. This thread however was discussing the subject of wearing fur and then it went off on a tangent as we discussed the fact that some will not wear fur but they will eat meat. The two things are different subjects. I choose not to wear fur and choose to eat meat is maybe what I should have said.
I think that fur looks best where nature intended it on the animal.
In the program that this thread is about I understand that there was footage of a skinned fox that was still alive and blinking at the camera. I also have heard of cases where fur is obtained through slitting an animals throat and letting it bleed slowly to death. I will never again be a party to that.
The small amount of meat that I buy is bought from the farm that is across the lane from me. I know how the animals are treated and I know how they are killed. I know it is instantaneous death and that they don't at any stage of their lives suffer.(by that I mean as in a slow and painful death)
I don't judge anyone for eating meat, but I'm afraid I can't help it when they wear fur dunno I'm still judging myself badly for doing it in the early 80's ffs rolleyes
As an aside I also feel the same way about leather. I don't own leather shoes or bags.
xxx
PS I may well be vegetarian again though by the time this thread stops running as when I'm discussing it I always find the whole thing distasteful.
I do eat meat, but I won't wear fur. I can't survive without eating but I can survive without a fur coat. Thats the difference between the two.

I used to own a silver fox fur coat that was bought as a present for me in the early eighties. It felt beautiful and made me feel special.......BUT.....I never ever wore that coat and felt completely comfortable. There was always a very uneasy feeling inside me when I wore it.
Unless you live in the Arctic...fur is not necessary and is worn purely for image reasons in my opinion. The person that bought me the present was and still is very image concious and likes to show off....so buying that present for me was his way of showing the world that he was something and my wearing it was wrong on so many levels.
Strangely enough I have never forgotten that coat and never will because animals died to make it and me remembering them and never repeating that mistake and hopfully teaching my daughter not to, makes their death a little easier to live with..
Please say that last paragraph made sense ! it does to me but it's very important that you understand what I'm trying to say....
Oh shurrup ya silly woman....let misunderstandings go life is too short....and STEP AWAY from the button lol
kiss
Not for role play exactly, but yes things do seem to pop into my fantasy that shock me to the core for a second.....and then I think what the hell lol
I couldnt possibly divulge to anyone though redface

Welcome Worlass wave about bluddy time too, I was beginning to think that Splen was hallucinating you lol

I am still a figment of the imagination... it's a bit worrying that you now think I exist as well though... smile
Oh shite  see! working too hard rolleyes
I have an idea......
I'll go and visit Splen and Worlass, that way we wouldnt be using the fire place as Splen would probably have to kneel over the sofa/bed as I am only 5 ft 1. The only problem with that is that if Worlass was thinking of work I would be joining her in fantasy as it's strangely erotic for me too confused
Welcome Worlass wave about bluddy time too, I was beginning to think that Splen was hallucinating you lol
Hi Lilmiss
In this situation I would open a new room so that it is hosted and leave the other room to get on with it and you get an argument free afternoon.

So sorry Splen...blatant hijack but I was just saying to Stormy yesterday havn't seen Cally for ages and ages....and here she is......Hello hunni and welcome back xxxxxxx
lol I soooo wish I had this problem of STOPPING myself cumming. My problem is actually getting there in the first place and then when/if I do the last thing I want is to stop it, as if I do my foofoo goes on the turn and refuses to come at all...ever again rolleyes
Yes Anais you are right and it is something I have mentioned before. Maybe an out of office email straight back type of thing would be good and then the person who needs help immediately knows that you are not there and can then get help elsewhere if it is urgent. Either that or get the delay taken off it is possible.
I hate it when this happens to me as I feel it looks like I havn't bothered to try and help.

This is following on from a comment I made to Kentswingers in the Stalking thread........
Kent uses two chat ops, he's got used to them and they act immediately if he has a problem and that is great just what admin are aiming for I would have thought...happy chat users.
It got me thinking about opping and how I could do it better. Now bearing in mind I can't be here any more than I am already and that when I am online you can see me and PM if you need me...what else can I/we do that we are not doing already. I havn't discussed this with anyone else it's totally impromptu so if it offends then remove it. I have put it in the cafe as thats where I happen to be at the moment, but again perhaps it's best in the chat forum.
This isn't a thread for anyone to say thanks for sorting out that problem for me in 2005 or whatever it was. it's for helpful constructive criticism.
Do you only use ops you know or you like or do you use whoever is online at the time you need them. If you like a particular op (no names please, this isnt an appreciation thread) why? what do they do that works for you.

Its not a case for us of liking or disliking any op's or mods. I have probably used most at one time or another, with certain problems. But some op's or mods have different ways of dealing with things. As has been said recently about pictures on members profiles. What one will accept another won't.
If we have a problem where we need help there and then we look on the forum page and see who is on, and then contact whoever that might be. If it is a problem that can wait I tend to contact one certain op, who to be honest " does exactly what it says on the tin ". lol
I think they know who they are, and thanks for your helps guys when needed. Wanna go on me list Fire?
Oooh I love lists :bounce: :notes:

Do you look after your feet?
I do, I'm fanatic about it...
I was at a music festival this week and sat down taking in the rays whilst many were stood up around me. Gave me a birds eye view of everyone's feet. I was amazed at how many had terribly hard and cracked skin, really bad condition that would take months to heal and repair.
It seemed to be more women than men (not all the guys wore sandals or where in bare feet tho).

Alas I have had foot care foisted on me by my diabetes. It's very difficult to get into the habit after a lifetime of avoiding those little bits of anatomy that seem so far away.
These days it's proper nail cutting, regular moisturising and visits to the podiatrist (I remember the days when they were chiropodists! Bloody yanks re-naming everything!).
I spend very little time in shoes or socks but when I do they are purpose built walking shoes (Gore-texMerrells for the nosey).
I really don't know how you women do all that skin care stuff, it drives me nuts just doing my feet!
My Mum swears by them cool
