Can someone please tell me why people advertise as a couple and post only pictures of the female partner on their profile but when you contact them you get the answer "female is not playing at hte moment". Is it so hard to amend the profile to reflect this and thereby save a lot of time.

Why not ask them the question?

The link doesn't work as you posted it. Take off the url bits and it does, when you copy and paste

Huge thanks from both of us, we had a great night and as others have said, lovely to chat to oldies and newbies smile
I don't think that 'normal' etiquette comes into play on here actually. Not when you consider how many messages some people receive, when clearly the person messaging them does not meet their criteria. It is also very time-consuming, replying to every message you receive. If 'normal' etiquette matters to you so much, then maybe people not responding is your measure of how unsuited they are to you.
I have seen the first (of this year) house with Christmas decorations today - all lit up and flashing
Anyone else seen any yet? Way too early, methinks confused

interesting script but poorly stage managed. beware greeks bearing referendum (democracy). highly unlikely unless it's just part of the blame game. must watch the next episode of "the contrived world economic monetary crisis unfolding". it will be on every night from now on. i do like the characters being played by the selected politicians, they do make me laugh, especially when they forget their lines and drop things out of the bag.
lazy phukin greeks, irish, portugese, spaniards, italians, icelandic's, belgians, french and british. they all borrowed too much money (must have got it from mars) and now cant pay it back to whoever lent it them wherever they got it from. musta bin mars or anuva planet. give em all cuts and austerity. that'll teach em to live within their means.......i feel anuva war comin on..... ah yes, keep watchin that telievision, the way outa this mess is to av anuva war and destroy all that debt (and the debtors). ....lets blame the fussiewussies cos they is sittin on oil......

Is this a new language you write?
Quote by gulsonroad30664
oh and just a post script, you phuckers av gorra av austerity to pay for the international monetary crisis created by design by a small number of international banking families. as the gaff blown by the b.b.c. "governments dont run the world, goldman sachs does" in the interests of it's profit not you, you debt slaves. now shut up and watch the telievision and when we need you to pay for the destruction of syria, algeria and iran or any of the coming wars we have already decided upon, we will programme you to believe it's a good idea to bomb the bastards and pay for it with your taxes and young blood.
but i dont know what i'm talking about so dont take me seriously.

Nobody does, don't worry
So, if she asked you to go to the shops for a couple of pints of milk or a couple of onions, you'd think she was making some kind of innuendo and assume that she might be interested in swinging?
Bloody hell, best be careful about who I ask to get my shopping rolleyes

Modest too.

And exceptionally discreet, naming playmates on the forum. Great stuff.
And Monique doesn't appear to be dyslexic either.

i have to also put up at times with peeples coments about my spelling, sorry mrs freckle but you do that often and i do not see any relevance to this at all, in answering someones coments? is it that important on here that someone can spell properly?:
Quote by moniquejohn
ahh well, fully admit I can't spell..not to god with spell checkers either lol.
plus that was mon bitching about words, not me,john. I know I cant spell, last thing I'm gonna do is throw stones!
John.

it happens on here i am afraid.

And if you ask a question on here, be prepared for a wide range of responses. You may not always like them, but don't be all huffy and complain about the posters being rude etc.

perish the thought that anyone would dare to frecklebird.:notes:
i think it very rude and insensitive when someone takes the pisse out of my spelling. a thought to take into consideration perhaps? dunno
Whoever posted, was being rude to someone else about their understanding of words - that is the relevance of my response. People in glass houses and all that. Gosh, monique/john will be saying they are dyslexic next.
And I also gave a response to the original question. Is that OK with you?

ahh this one i have to reply to lol.
So is it postulation to pay entry to a swinging club with the expectations of sex?
As for this site advertising sex for cash, if you look carefully you will see people advertising parties requiring contributions, one even offers 50% off membership,ON THIS SITE.
Ignoring my original post for the moment and the fact there was at least 2 full stops between the pig sty comments and the contribution question. where do you draw the line? contribution?, membership fee?, or outright soliciting?

Quote by moniquejohn
this isn't our home, in fact its cheaper than a hotel.
Ok quite cheap means 300 to 400 a the messages im getting people would rather contribute to a hotel, ok that fine, but the same if we go to a hotel once week it will portability cost more. It would seem people would rather contribute to a hotel at more cost than a more economical private house/house party.
ok so the house is ruled out..I'll go with the MAJORITY expressed here and drop the idea.
so next question.
So do you think its fair to ask for voluntary contribution towards costs of a hotel??

Most people on here would not object to sharing the costs of an hotel. However, I agree with those who say that what you propose, is tantamount to prostitution.
And if you ask a question on here, be prepared for a wide range of responses. You may not always like them, but don't be all huffy and complain about the posters being rude etc.
I need a glass of something cold and thirst-quenching please. Had a hard day's wedding dress shopping smile

I know this is fraught with danger and could possibly be abused by some people but isn't it about time this facility was made available. I have arranged at least three meets recently only to have two not turn up and the other to give a false address. I have contacted support recently only to be told there is nothing they can do. This cannot be right, there must be someway of "outing" the offending parties if the site is to survive.

Take more time in future to avoid the same happening. Naming and shaming isn't a good idea and having a system that allows it, would make it open to abuse.
Oh, and the site has managed to survive for at least eight years without a naming and shaming system, so if it ain't broke, why fix it?

Need some advice from experienced swingers.
I'd like to have a chat with my partner about swinging but don't want to offend her or put her off with the first words that come out my mouth.
What's the general advice and best tips for starting a conversation like that?

You know her better than us, how would anyone here know what's likely to offend her?
Might have been a good idea to talk to her before joining the site though confused

Hi as a genuine single male I am interested in attending a local(ish) social meet to get a chance put faces to names as they say(To see and be seen ?). Somewhere within the South Yorkshire area, any advice/information on dates/venues etc would be gratefully received.
Thanks.

Your best bet is just to keep an eye on this forum for anything happening smile

It's not as if the existing constuencies have any real history. They were created in 1972, and are barely out of short trousers. In the process perfectly good and ancient counties lost a lot of their identity. They made a mockery of Yorkshire's ridings by inventing a completely fake region called South Yorkshire and trying to destroy the East Riding.
Bring back the counties!!!!!!!!!!!!

<<<<<<< Is starting a save south Yorkshire campaign immediately
Nooooooooo
South Yorkshire was bastardised out of the West Riding. Isn't that a much better name? It has history, gravitas and nowhere else in the country has RIDINGS! 'South Yorkshire' is about as meaningful as 'The West Midlands'.
I shall say this only once ..... the west riding had/has Leeds in it .... end of argument
I'm with Staggs on this one smile
Gulson, if you're computer savvy enough to be on here, you can manage to copy and paste a link from an address bar (the http bit)

Put a note in the room to see what the response is to Single guys.
The details were Single clean, discreet, respectful, considerate interested in meeting a Couple.
Accomodation ,other than a hotel was offered26 views, not one taker
Can anyone indicate why Single guys get a hard time in this site.
james

Some of them moan too much about how badly single males are treated. On a pretty regular basis too. Either that or they moan about the lack of doggers or the slow nature of the 'scene' in the NW. Oh, and when people point out to them that they should stop whining, they get all sniffy and sulk. Or complain that the 'pack' has descended on them - how very dare they make comment on such threads, hmmm? rolleyes

So my thoughts are, is it ok to break the law, while trying to catch some one else breaking the law? In my personal veiw, no it is not, and would any evedence which was obtained this way even be immiscible in court?
