On our profile and ad are pics of Shel, body only. We state in our ad that we neither SEND OUT OR ASK FOR facial pics. Two reasons for this, 1, like many people on here don't want to be recognised by all and sundry. 2, we don't judge people on looks alone. We've met (and had fun with) some absolutly stunning looking women, and we've also had fun with women some might class as "plain" looking, but who's personality shone like a beacon!!
We think that if you judge people on looks alone then you will certainly miss out on some great times!!

We would do the Amsterdam ferry like a shot, only problem being (like you said) that you only get 6 hours in Amsterdam. We would want at least 24 hours so that we could go to either fun4two or Fata. But to get the 24 hours costs an arm and a leg on the ferry. Much cheaper to fly.
However, maybe you could make some enquires of the ferry company see if you could get a group rate for say October when its not high season. Must include at least 24, preferably 36 hours in Amsterdam. If the price was right, then sure you could get a good few people off here to sign up for it!

Just looking at lets meet up and saw that there is a couple on there who joined in Jan 2005, but have not posted much.
Their site name is Geordiecpl2 which is pretty close to ours. Their profile shows that they have very different interests to us, but they live in the same area.
We're worried that people might, by a slip of the keyboard, mix up us with them.
Maybe the admin might have a search facility where, when your joining, you can search to see if your proposed site name is close to an already registered one.

Here's another one who has no interest in football.
So yesterday afternoon I got laid....no not strictly true, the bedroom carpet got laid....

Until I read TEs post I thought I was out of step in the male world. So many men at work just talk about how many shags they get on a Sat night. One lad came back from Majorca boasting about how many shags he had got, some without even knowing the girls name. (mind the visit the the clinic and the course of treatment did slow him down a bit).
Leaving aside the swinging lifestyle, one time I was giving a female friend of ours a lift home and she said to me, "if you want a shag we can pull over and get in the back". I replied that even if Shel knew about it, cos didn't want to cheat, then I would rather spend a couple of hours kissing her (the friend) then carressing her, then oral, before even thinking about shags. She was taken aback as in her experience, guys just wanted to get her knickers off and get stuck in.
Think as I'm getting older I want quality rather than quanity.

When we joined SH, about a couple of years ago now, we were amazed at the friendlyness and community spirit. We've been to Munches and Socials arranged from here. Also we have done a fair bit of posting on here, so here is our twopenith, for what its worth.
Way back in Dec when the changes happened, we said that it would not be as bad as people thought, nor as good as the new owners said it would be!!
Its still a great site, but we think that it has gone down just a little due to losing some of the "stars" to other sites. Also there are others, who still come here, and enjoy it, but are also members of other sites, because there is the great uncertainty of what will happen this Dec.
It has been six months since the takeover, therefore only six months until, potentially, all existing members will have to pay. Probably most would not pay, after all there are sites very similar to this which say they will never charge.
So at this point in time why should people but heart and soul into arranging things when in six months all the "old timers / regulars / stars" may be saying adios anyway.
Perhaps a statement sooner rather than later on the situation in Dec from the owners would solve this?
