On the potato issue there isn't really a difference, however, with seeds you can guarantee the quality of the produce (allegedly) and they are less prone to be attacked by worms or slugs.

You can pause a scene in Windows Media Player (i'm running 2003), click the file menu and "save as" a jpeg.
I don't know if this works in older versions.

Worked well on another site I was a member of - we had to pm (or whisper) the answers to the quiz master / mistress, but there only used to be about 15 / 20 participants, don't know how you'd do it with 70....lol
Also, answers had to be given within a minute or so to stop all the "Ask Jeeves"-ers
