I am FAR from being any sort of expert (techno-shite to me) but I'd suggest taking off all the hardware and doing a bit by bit boot up, adding one more bit of hardware each time. Once the PC fails to do it's thing you'll have hit on the dodgy hardware.
(thanks to my best geeky friend!)
If it isn't hardware then I'm totally stumped and someone else will know a whole lot more!

NO!!! That's NOT what we need.
A flounce is taking the ball under your arm, gathering the sweaters up from the grass and stalking off muttering to yourself, and slamming the door behind you if there's a door to slam.
OR a flounce is lifting up your long frilly petticoats and stalking off in a mega huff never to return (slamming the obligatory door behind you too) until the next time!
We've had such grand flounces from in over the years. Better than telly most of the time and liable to reduce the majority of regular users to hysterical laughter. I miss them.
