used to be stickied but most people ignored it and posted a new topic, so it was unstickied to see if people would pick it up from the pages and use it and they didn't.
There's nothing to stop people from adding to it now they know it's there though
Personally I think locking individual threads, because once it has been read all most will respond with is lol or lmao type comments.

I have been told by a CB therapist that I have OCD tendencies towards work but none whatsoever in my personal life.
He found that quite bizarre as none of my work stressors? *spelling* follow through to my perssonal life.
