well they say Common Sense is not always that common.
after the cup of hot coffee insident, a web site created the "stella Awards".
this is prime example Common sense has left us!
1 - Kathleen Robertson of Austin, Texas, was awarded $80,000 by a jury of her peers after breaking her ankle tripping over a toddler who was running inside a furniture store.
The owners of the store were understandably surprised at the verdict, considering the misbehaving little toddler was Ms. Robertson's son.
2 - 19-year-old Carl Truman of Los Angeles won $74,000 and medical expenses,when his neighbour ran over his hand with a Honda Accord.
Mr Truman apparently didn't notice, there was someone at the wheel of the car when he was trying to steal his neighbour's hubcaps.
3 - A Philadelphia restaurant was ordered to pay Amber Carson of Lancaster, Pennsylvania, $113,500 after she slipped on a soft drink and broke her coccyx (tailbone).
The beverage was on the floor because Ms Carson had thrown it at her boyfriend 30 seconds earlier during an argument.

This year's runaway winner was Mrs Merv Grazinski of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Mrs Grazinski purchased a brand new 32-foot Winnebago (RV) motor home. On her first trip home, having driven onto the freeway,she set the cruise control at 70 mph and calmly left the driver's seat to go into the back & make herself a sandwich.Not surprisingly, the RV left the freeway, crashed and overturned. Mrs Grazinski sued Winnebago for not advising her in the owner's manual that she couldn't actually do this. The jury awarded her $1,750,000 plus a new motor home. The company actually changed their manuals on the basis of this suit, just in case there were any other complete morons around.

sorry to waste a thread but i had to show you this.
a Certain Sexy Young moderator has had a link to a crazy Video in there siggy for a while. and i've just been having a nose through You Tube and found this Video, which i think its nearly as crazy. and it brought back memorys of me watching it on loop.
i'll not be watching all of it, but if its one when i flick through the channels then i may be tempted.
have you notices that a lot of people you ask nd they say "i don't watch that crap" but they always seem to know all about whats going on in the house.#
Luckly for me, both Clubs are in taxi distance.
both are as good as each other. but for very different ways. for me it depends on what mood we am in for which one we chose. chams is rlexed and chilled, Xtasia is more lively.
if you are shy and new to the clubing see, there are NO lockalbe doors at xtaisa. so that can be quite nevering untill you get used to the eyes and stuff. so i would reconmend Chams for a starter. then Xtasia after. but if you dont mind the openess then go for xtasia.
hope i've not confused ya.
Hopefully me and my other half will be having a nose on sunday. it should be fun.
sadly i too have not seen him.. but if i do i'll make sure he heads in your direction :-)
