i was sitting in work a few months back when i over heard a conversation about swinging... and it was the typical Stereo type of, keys in the center of the room bollocks... i was dying to pluck up the corrage and tell them a few facts about the world of swinging.. but i though i best not... for a start i don't think any one at work would belive the other side of me. i'm too "sweet and innocent" to know of such things! :twisted:

Just happened to read my banana, pineapple and orange bottle label cause I was bored. It read:-
1 Squeezed orange with flesh
1 Mashed banana

yoghurt
I thought I had misread it at first but on a second look no it definitely was there. No wonder it was a bit chewy
