Somewhere near Cheshire Oaks cos its a bit more central for Cheshire, Wirral, Merseyside and North Wales and close to motorways. Think I've found a venue which will hold 120. (I cant say where until attendees are confirmed).
About a date, was thinking September so that everyone's had their holidays ... prob 25th as there is a munch in Bristol earlier in the month and some people travel for them ... dont want everyone to be all munched out!!!
There will be a small cost involved per head to cover costs but I should have that all worked out by the time I can confirm everything and do a proper invite thread.
