Sorry Jon, But when did anyone ever read all the rules before doing anything, ever!!!! confused
It is simply never done; if it were done I wouldn’t be on SH now. I’d still be reading the rules and regulations that came with my first credit card at age 18 … lol
Stormwalker

Surely even applying a small degree of common sense, and having had a 'lurk' about before posting will have given anyone a small understanding of what is/isn't acceptable dunno
I don't think for one moment anyone studies the rules at great length upon joining, and in most cases, at all for that matter (unless they wish to argue a point in the rules rolleyes).
The rules are there to protect the site members, AND the owners, and to go a long way to ensuring people are able to enjoy the site in full, without prejudice or harassment.
Anyone who does not bother to even take a cusory glance at the rules cannot (in my opinion) whinge if they get a post deleted/locked/moved etc. or find themselves booted/banned from chat rooms.

Ohhhhh we thought that nobody was allowed on cam unless they was registered on the site... thats the impression we got anyway.
And to the second part of that....
You don't have to be a swinger to be an exhibitionist you know biggrin

Using or viewing webcams:
* By using a webcam you give consent for others to watch what is displayed on it
* You fully understand that other members can see what you display on it
* No one that is, or appears to be under the age of 18 can be displayed on cam
* You should only display yourself, if you have someone else on the cam they should consent to these rules, if you show someone else on cam and they have not consented to these rules your account may be deactivated.
* No illegal activities are allowed to be undertaken or displayed on cam
* No minors can be viewed on cam even if it a baby etc in the background
* Playing any type of video across your web cam is strictly prohibited
* You must not leave web cams unattended for more than 10 minutes
* Webcams facing towards TVs, Lamps, or other household objects will be considered unattended after 10 minutes.

Doesn't take too long to PM the person saying;
"I mod have deleted / moved / quarentined your thread. You have broken xxxxx rule. Please read the rules here.... URL link to the aup."
kiss
Gem. x

I remember advocating the same thing - maybe even using a mod button drop-down menu - many moons ago, to no avail.
That said there is at least one mod on here, who takes the trouble to explain 'why'. Makes so much sense. It means the 'offender' is less likely to do the same thing next time and if they do then you know they're trolling and can join the fast exit queue.
.
But on the other hand, if the persons involved had bothered to read the rules they consented to upon joining the site, they would know why the post had been edited/deleted/moved/whatever, and in that case, would probably not posted or posted in the correct place in the first place dunno

The only rule i honestly don't like on this site is.....
The rule that you can only have the people on your cam in the chatroom that are on the account.
I have a g/f and the 3 of us often play but not allowed to on cam as my g/f ain't registered on this site, She ain't a swinger as such so feels it would be wrong to register here.
I think it would be better if the rule was..... no third parties are allowed on cam unless the account holder was there also biggrin
Shaz x

Thats the way the rules are - you MUST NOT allow someone else to use your account on their own - by giving them your username/password details etc. or logging on and allowing them to access the site using your account, but you may allow them on your cam as long as you are present AND they consent to being shown, AND they consent to abide by the rules.
But, in this case, I wonder why a non-swinger would be interested in going on cam on a swingers chat room considering she finds it would be wrong for her to register dunno
Welcome back, now can you change yer avatar back to the nice bum pics you used to have redface lol

... I complained bitterly and made them take it away and bring a proper meal out for them with freshly cooked food.... We got the kids meals free wink

Complained! - feckin shrieked yer head off more like - we heard you clear across the car park and beer garden "Call that a feckin meal!!!!!!" lmfao!
There was a work study done some time ago, that came to the conclusion that tasks were done according to the available time frame, in other words, give a man an hour to do a ten minute job and he'll take an hour to do it......
You get the picture lol
The law requires children travelling in cars to use an appropriate child restraint or adult seat belt, if they are available. Children cannot be carried in the front seat unless they are either in a child restraint or are using the seat belt. It is the driver's responsibility to ensure that children under the age of 14 years are either using an appropriate child restraint or an adult seat belt if available.
Children under 3 years old
If carried in the front seat, an appropriate child restraint MUST be used (the adult seat belt is not sufficient). Children under 3 years old may not travel in the front unless they are in a child restraint.
If carried in the rear seat, an appropriate child restraint MUST be used, IF AVAILABLE.
If an appropriate restraint is fitted in the front of the car, but not the rear, children under 3 years old MUST sit in the front and use that restraint. Remember, you could move the restraint from the front to the rear if you wish. Rearward-facing seats are designed to be used in the rear as well as the front. You should always put a rearward-facing baby seat in the rear if is a front passenger airbag fitted.
Children Aged 3 to 11 years and under 1.5 metres tall
If carried in the front seat, an appropriate child restraint MUST be worn IF AVAILABLE.
If not, an adult seat belt MUST be worn.
If carried in the rear seat, an appropriate child restraint MUST be worn IF AVAILABLE.
If not, an adult seat belt MUST be worn IF AVAILABLE.
If an appropriate restraint or seat belt is fitted in the front of the car, but not in the rear, children between 3 to 11 years old and under 1.5 metres tall MUST use that restraint or seat belt. (Remember, you could move the restraint from the front to the rear if you wish).
Children Aged 12 or 13 years or younger children 1.5 metres or more in height
If carried in the front or rear seat, an adult seat belt MUST be worn IF AVAILABLE.
Passengers Over 14 years old
If travelling in the front or rear seat, an adult seat belt MUST be worn IF AVAILABLE.
Now then, is it "seeking spontaneous couple tonight - east mids " or "that it is preplanned and discussed" it can't be both now, can it dunno

What about Italian football - game fixing
Italian football champions Juventus have been relegated to Serie B, along with Lazio and Fiorentina, over a match-fixing scandal.
AC Milan will remain in Serie A but was given a 15-point penalty from the start of next season.
The Italian Football Federation punished them for conspiring to rig matches in the top division during the 2004/05 season.
Serie A champions Juventus were also deducted 30 points from start of next season and stripped of their last two Serie A titles.
Club president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli said: "This verdict is unheard of.
"We could have expected relegation to the second division but to be also handed a 30-point deduction is almost like relegation to the third division."
Fiorentina was deducted 12 points and Lazio lost seven. All four teams will not play in European tournaments next season.
The decision came five days after Italy won its fourth World Cup title defeating France in the final in Berlin.
Thirteen of the 23-man Italian squad that won Sunday's cup final belong to the four teams hit by the penalties.
The rulings are bound to spark a massive sell-off of some of the world's finest players.
Juventus was at the centre of the scandal, which erupted in May, and hung over Italian players throughout the World Cup.
Phone taps revealed the club's former general manager Luciano Moggi had discussed refereeing appointments with federation officials.
All those found guilty can appeal, but the appeals process must be completed by July 25.
The verdicts mean Italy's entrants in the Champions League will be Inter Milan, Roma, Chievo and Palermo. Livorno, Parma and Empoli will compete in the UEFA Cup.

Or have we had enough of football lately :P  biggrin
LMAO - it was all VERY tongue in cheek lol
I thought it less contentious than "Is the chatroom broke" confused  biggrin wink

After much laughter and merryment, we got around to why I called. I was offered a new job and had to go in for my induction today at last minute notice, finished too late to be able to get home, get washed and changed, fed and watered and drive the 65 miles to the venue to be in time to have any decent 'staying time' and to get back ready for work tomorrow.
sorry we couldn't make it in the end, and we hope you all had a fab time, and didn't miss us too much  rolleyes :D

Hi,
I'm a single male and am looking for a club venue this weds/thurs or Fri around the area above. I don't want to have to join one rather one where I can turn up and enter.
Looked at AB Fab but I don't fancy joining as I'm only here for a while and haven't brought any ID.
Could anyone suggest a couple of places I could try?
Also if there are any ladies looking for a male escort please drop me a line

Escorts usually get paid for their 'services' AFAIK, and advertising such services is strictly against the site T&C's and AUP.......
No ID hey, now where have I heard that one before dunno

and why when you click to enter the chat rooms does it take you into the one server that dosn't work mad

Because you are automatically sent to the server with the least load on - it's called "Load Balancing" - so if server 2 is playing up, it will have the least load, hence you are sent onto it.......
Either that, or there is a conspiracy to make you become an 'Extra' member rolleyes
We're not talking about bad spelling here are we? dunno - I thought we we talking about pure drivel/shite in replies, with text speak, no punctuation and no thought put into replies / initial contact?
Also chancers and people who contact you who do not bear any resemblance to the people you ask for in your ad (plainley not having read it - more than likely not having made it past the photos), 18 year olds trying their luck when your ad states categorically over 35's only please, Bi males, when your ad states categorically straight males only, people from 300 miles away when you state local only etc. etc. etc.
Bad spelling is not so much of an issue as I understand it, typos, tiredness, dyslexia etc. can all be taken into account, but a reply with no punctuation interspersed with text speak, gibberish rap style language etc. is nigh on fecking impossible to read (for me anyway), and as I said in my earlier reply, will get your mail/PM consigned to file 13.
We discount any email's / PM's of this type right away.
Our reasoning is that if people cannot be bothered to 'pen' a decent reply to an ad or a first contact email, what else can they not be bothered to do?
First impressions count. Leaving us with the impression you are in such a hurry you can't string a proper sentance together, or that you are as thick as the proverbial two planks will not get you passed 'Go', and only have your nick added to the 'Ignore' box, and your mail/PM consigned to file 13.
Not using broadband if you are in a broadband enabled area is a huge error  .
The difference is amazing - even on NTHell it's as fast as a local network. We have a 10Gb cable BB connection - when I used a dial-up connection at a mates house recently, I thought his computer had died! - connections have changed, it's come a long way since 9K6 dial-up!
Go get it, it's so cheap too, with all the different 'start up' offers available just now - ads all over TV.
Download speed - Wow! - chatroom etc. whizzes (on a good day rolleyes wink ) watch TV on-line, streaming video etc. etc. etc. - you'll wonder why you never opted for it a long time ago.
There is also this little gem, often overlooked, from the site AUP
