FWIW: You don't actually need to. Copyright belongs to the person taking the picture. That person may open themselves up to a claim for modelling fees, in the absence of a release, only if they fail to take action that a 'reasonable individual' would regard as avoiding identification of those concerned.
Disclaimer: This is not an exhaustive guide to the law relating to personal depiction in images, nor am I a lawyer, however I believe it to be an accurate depiction of the state of law at this time based on the weight of case law and legal advice given by a multitude of sources.

That's not correct, unfortunately, parents are legally obligated to comply with disciplinary detention for their children, including at weekends, in the absence of reasonable excuse. Nor is the assertion made above that schools have no mandate of discipline to 5 year olds accurate.

Microsoft is your friend, if you have XP:

Free and easy image resizer.
You could alternatively use Paint. Open the image, go to Image > Attributes and find the pixel size. Then use Stretch Skew, again from the image menu, to reduce its size so that the largest dimension is around 300 pixels. Go back to Attributes and check it's small enough, repeat if necessary.
Or, if ^^^^ is too much like hard work/incomprehensible, pm me and I'll sort it smile

I'm not joking. You loved your wife at the beginning of your marraige and the sex was good. Something's changed (unless those penis pills on the internet really do work ?) and I would suggest it's not really about sex, but, rather, about the relationship in general. If you put the effort in you might be able to save what you clearly still consider to be a good thing. The course of action you've chosen here, however, dooms it, and gives her the ammunition (because she will find out) to make your life sheer hell.
