Click on Chatroom at the top of the page to go into chat. There are three servers, with lots of different rooms in each. Just find one that takes your fancy and you can choose to turn your cam on them.
I'm in there quite a lot, I love cammimg and watching cams. It's a great fun thing if that's all you want to do for starters.

We had the lovely experience of having a link to one of my Dogging posts posted on a vanilla site we use. Unfortunately, ANYONE can read the Forums, you don't have to be a member to do so, so of course there is always the potential for discovery if, as you say, your user name isn't that hard to figure out.
We were actually 'discovered' because someone on the vanilla site googled our names just out of curiosity to see what google would come up with.
It really freaked me out at the time, as you can imagine, and I did look at changing my user-name, but wasn't prepared to have to pay to do so, to be honest. It wasn't like I wanted a new account, just a change of name to an existing account.
We finally confronted the person starting the trouble on the vanilla site, and found out that in fact a lot of our friends on there had known about it for quite a while, and it wasn't an issue. They understood that we kept our private life off the vanilla site and out of conversations and meetings and have respected our privacy.

He rang me just after midnight on New Years Day 2001 to wish me a Happy New Year. 10 days later he was dead, he'd killed himself. He was 31 years old.
He didn't leave a note, but talking to his work colleagues in the States later we found out he'd recently suffered a combination of 'small' problems. Taken in isolation none of them would have seemed anything to most people, but my brother had always been the 'successful' one, the 'one most likely to', and he just wasn't used to dealing with difficulties. I guess that combination just took him to the edge and the only way out he could see was to end it all.
I guess the point I'm trying to make is that if someone you know is down or depressed, maybe they need a bit more than just being told to 'snap out of it'. I wish my brother had talked to me about his problems instead of bottling them up inside. I might still have him around then.

Well, I've just made my first visit to the new chatroom, and I have to say it looks good. I like the whispers in a spearate page function, and it all seems relatively easy to use.
Only one problem, I had been in there for a while when I got an error message up saying that a script on the page was causing my computer to run slowly, then everything just froze. I had to log off totally from the pc to solve the problem. Any ideas what could have caused that?

Being someone who prefers one-offs to a regular shagging partner, it's all about physical appearance as far as I'm concerned.
