I really feel for you in this, as I used to be bullied at work too. I guess going my route of finally fronting up to the thug and telling him that if he didn't leave me alone there wouldn't be enough of him left to fill a crisp bag never mind a body bag isn't an option for you.
Seriously, though, NO-ONE should have to suffer bullying. I would try to keep a log from now on of everything said or done by this nasty piece of work. I presume you still have any e mails as evidence? And is there any possibility of recording any calls from him too?
As for things back-firing on you................if you are sacked, or forced out of your job that is unfair dismissal, and is actionable. It will be seen that you have reported a problem, and then been dismissed.................pretty conclusive evidence if it comes to court action.

I won't deny that it can be difficult for single guys trying to get into the scene............there are so many of you that the couples and single females are spolied for choice.
My best advice would to be to post in the forums as much as possible, get yourself known and noticed, and then people might be more likely to consider you when they are looking for a single guy.
You really will need to be patient though...................it might take some time.

There is no hard and fast rule. Some people are on here for ages, rarely post, so are still seen as Newbies by some people. Some join, posts shitloads, and are therefore quickly seen as regulars by some people. Doesn't make sense, maybe, but that seems to be the way it can be.

There are loads of bi-fems on here - some who are single and other who are part of a couple but play alone/ seperatly.......i think you'd certainly need to be prepared to say in your LMU post that you'd like to chat on the phone beforehand, link it to your ad or pics, perhaps meet for a drink beforehand too - then go to the hotel if everyone's happy......there's nothing on your profile that convinces me you're a genuine single bi fem (and if you look at mine it says i'm a 7ft bi male :lol: :lol:
) and that in itself means most people will give you a wide berth- especially as you specify No Males - so I/ she cannot bring a 'chaperone' to ensure safety. I hope i'm making sense - i know what I'm trying to say :lol: :shock: :lol: I guess this is why some of us here on SH make such a big deal about the socials - we meet face to face, we know who each other is and what we look like etc - which removes half of all of the above i've just waffled about ! :lol:

Not really sure what else to add to Darkfires advice. I'm afraid you will have to accept that there will ALWAYS be people who will agree to meet then not turn up for one reason or another. I do agree that the more info you put into a post in LMU the better. Not being a Bi fem I have absolutely no idea how many there are on here, but there are several I know from their posts and they always come across as being honest and genuine. Maybe you are just unlucky in that you live in a part of the country that has a scarcity of members, or possibly due to work/family committments the meets you suggest just aren't suitable. Maybe instead of a hotel meet you should look at going to a club instead..................many have free or very low entrance charges for single females and I can guarantee you would find at least ONE other Bi fem at a club

I have a "Pee-Nus" 4-stroke, single barrel, 10cc, that females like to ride on at times.
It is Vintage but still works well with a bit of TLC and encouragement.
The only time it let me down was when I had a "Inguinal Hernia" operation.
The only way I could ride was sort of "side saddle" but I still found it to be sore when getting up speed.
These days the "Pee-Nus" needs a little more open throtle and coaxing than in it's younger days. No bad smells and fumes niether. Sweet as an apple.
With tender love and care it gets there in the end.
Just thought you would like to know that us "riders" should stick to-gether.
