A few years back I was coveting a Norwegian military sleeping bag (don’t ask it’s a long story)
Well eventually I saved up the Dinah’s to purchase said item, had to travel down to Portsmouth to pick it up so we decided to make a day of it.
On our return journey we decided to stop at the local kebab house as it was late and I saw a young bloke sleeping in a doorway across the road. It was a bitter cold night and he only had a single blanket over him, by impulse I got my treasure sleeping bag out of the car and went over and gave it to him.
The look of relief and gratitude was worth more that a 1000 sleeping bags.
As for all the nice things I do for Mrs Pete ……… well they are just too many to mention
 ……………… whatno honest I do

Around a year ago I was wandering round Asda browsing the shelves and absent mindedly singing to myself. Then it dawned on me that I'd just been down the feminine hygene isle and I was singing out loud:
Oh Bodyform.... Bodyform for yoooooou!

orchids.... but i'd rather see them growing , not picked :jagsatwork:, white roses but definately not red ones :scared: but the one's that made a massive impression on me were black wooden ones, in a bunch - dyed wood curls and shavings carved and styled into roses. Blimey  :inlove:

Bloody freaks the lot of you  Spare a thought for us right handed people. Having started living(ish) with a left handed person its hard work let me tell you. The kettle is always put down back to front, the water filter jug is always in the fridge the wrong way round. I never even gave it a thought but the most basic of things I started to notice, such as I come to butter some bread after PK to find there is butter on the wrong side of the knife or she puts the cheese grater down for me to use and it's the wrong way round.
Like I said at the start bloody freaks the lot of you
