The server does go "tit's up" now and again during the changes but you should not be redirected to a different site. The address to here has not changed. Check for a "browser hijack" on your machine or a redirect entry in your hosts file.

The current system, of using my photos, does not require the avatar pic to be resized beforehand. So, although useful, it's not necessary and don't want to take up your time over Xmas JQL.
Prime criteria is for the pic to be square, as whatever software resizer is bullt in squashes and sqeezes to fit, rather than keeping perspective.

This site has a certain ethos, being tired on users who think it is a quick shag site.

Is it possible to have "notify of reply to topic" turned back on by default. Currently you have to remember to tick it when posting or use the "watch this topic" function.

Put the picture you want to use as your avatar in my photos.
The picture you place in My Photos does not need to be resized. Just make sure it is square wink

choose the option "profile" for the picture you want to use.
In M account > forum settings . the pictures you have selected as profile will appear. Click on the one you want and it will resize itself to fit your avatar. There appears to be no need to resize the pic to the avatar size.
