I know the title does not relate to swinging in the sense of this site but more to "medallion man". However, there is a correlation, so let me continue.
We have had posts on here saying that size doesn't matter, that looks aren't always important and that there is no ageism and a recent post asking if there was sex after 60. I have ommited the requirement to be able to string a few words together into a sentence, as it's difficult to talk with your mouth full anyway :lol2:
It is human nature that there has to a "spark" between people, therefore, all of the above do matter to one degree or another, depending upon the age of the person making the judgement.
As I am no spring chicken (or Adonis come to that) :cry: , I find myself attracted to both
younger and older women than myself. For a male, there appears to be less of an issue
with age (practically no issue if you are some young hormone driven teen male). It is
a certain fact that all heterosexual males, regardless of age, lust after young females, that is nature.
For women, age appears to be more of an issue.
Of course it can be a little disconcerting for a young lady to hear "I could be your
Dad, am I ??. It can be even worse to hear "I could be your Granddad". I know, much to
my disappointment, that I have been knocked back a few times due to my age, although
I am not quite old enough to be someones Granddad yet.
I am sure the same can be said of Bi and single sex relationships and playing.
When choosing a life partner, husband, wife and so on, the compatibility criteria is more complex than that required for a "roll in the hay".
So, considering the "recreational sex" aspect only, I have thought of running two polls. A poll, simply so that the answers are anonymous.
Firstly your age. This will give a good indication of the average age of the swinging population (and also if I should consider myself ready for the sexual grave)
Second poll will follow later and be "what age difference between yourself and the person you play with do you consider maximum."
So, Lets see if we ( I use the term "we" loosely, so don't take it personally) are deviants who will go to bed with anything as long as it's got a pulse or is the person we decide to play with governed by similar criteria to those we have when choosing a life partner.
