I know that polyamoury has been discussed before - and I have added my bit to those threads in the past - but I was just wandering what the experience was from people here who may have had polyamourous relationships and gone back to swinging or vice versa?
I joined here almost a year ago and have had some damn good times with some wonderful people on this forum. No names mentioned but - yeah GREAT times wink

. But I also met a couple through the ads on here, who I have been seeing now for almost a year - and it has become more of a poly relationship than anything else. To be honest - I am very happy with them and do feel like I am in a relationship with them, and that swinging outside of that relationship would be "cheating". Has anyone else experienced this?
Any advice/Comments much welcome!

Plenty of bi fems on here - but, speaking from my own personal view, we like the time to get to know people a bit more. I HAVE to feel totally comfortable with both sides of a couple before I go any further. Just hang around and get to know people - let the fems find out a bit about you is my advice!

Surely it depends on your attitude. If you feel great, then people will feel great with you! A lot of what I got from tonight's show was about chemistry. Somteimes the chemistry is there and sometimes it isn't. Age isn't the point! I am personally attarcted to older women. Some people aren't. So there isn't a "time" to hang up those boots as long as I'm, concerned, becuase as I old I get - there will always be someone older than me I'll fancy the pants off :P

Okay - I KNOW it isn't my birthday anymore - but I STILL haven't received a pink bowed H-RED in the post - and I need to know who to complain to!! I mean - who IS exactly in charge of SH post? I know Mark is sitting there all busy being boss man, Sarge is being really busy on security, Missy must still be on newbie patrol with Debs, Jags? - Nah - Jags is too busy keeping slapping kitkat. And as for Kitakat - well - no-one knows what his job is!! So WHO IS in charge of SH post. I want to know - 'cos I haven't had my birthday [ressie :cry: :cry: :cry:
Oh and Debs - NOTTS munch did you say!!!???!!! When? Where?. If I can make it - you make sure you are ready girl!!!! :P :P - 'cos I will be there if I can!! Even if I have to dress up as Steve G to get in!! Okay - not hard - his hair is probably longer than than mine at the mo!!!!

All I can say is that after camping out in a field, with no "ablution" blocks, for two days - my bath was THE most sacred place when I got home!!! Soaked, soaked and soaked some more!!! Have to have bubbles - it is obligatory!!!

My local newspaper provided a very good reason for not showing face pics about a month ago. Front page "news" - a couple who advertised on a similar site with their pics were "outed" 'cos shock horror - she was a teacher! The pic from the site was even printed!

Okay - if anyone REALLY wants a gel wristband - I can get them made up for a go, but have to get 500 made. But I have to tell you that most of the single colour options have been taken!!! I could suggest a colour mix of:-
Blue for straight (standard colour coding for straight)
Pink for gay/bissexual
And black for "different".
Message? Suggestions? "swinger" may be obvious. But how about - "yes" or "alternative" ?
If I got enough interest I could order them. Charge cost only plus postage to anyone one wanted. But I WOULD need enough interest to make it worth my while. As I say - my supplier's min order quantity is 500! If I order 1000 the price goes down to a pound.
Mark - Mods - No profit here for me. I just have the contacts, having had some gay ones made up for me recently.

I'm back!! Well for a short visit anyway!

Sorry I missed Essex Munch!!! So wanted to be there - but it was a bit of a drive from Aberdeen to get there! As it was I drove through the night to get home. Okay - I have had a few texts and PM's off people asking where I am and cheking in to see if I am okay. You see - that's what makes you guys great - 'cos not many of my real friends have asked that recently!

If you go to the diary section you;ll see al ist of gay Pride events - well - I kinda have a stall in the market - so am busy getting ready for the first one this weekend in Birmingham. And seeing as I packed int he day job - I REALLY need to make some money at these - so every available minute is dedicated to that! And I am waaaaaaaaaaaay behind where I should be for this weekend already - so yes I have just stopped working at am confused

I agree with Mr InLeeds on this. Naming and shaming is open to abuse. As Neil said - you may think someone is a time waster just becuase thay took the time to get to know you (anyone - sorry - not having a go at you individually), exchanged pics and then decided that you didn't "click". So then you have the opportunity to say that they are timewasters. Nah- I don't think so.
Everyone has individual views on what warrants timewasting and to "name and shame" on subjective views is just "not on" in my opinion.

Not a hell of a lot I can add to this - as all I really have to say has been said in one way or another. I have found myself visiting less and less recently mainly through pressures of trying to earn a bit of money (I resigned on Friday - so I bluddy well need the money now!), but I do know that I used to log on just to have a look, only to find myself still on reading and interacting hours later! Going "I really must go to bed". For some reason that doesn't happen that much lately. Maybe it is just a case of me having been here a while now and therefore falling into that trap of "oh no - that one again". And yes I have been guilty of using the old "search button is your friend" line. But then - I remember that being much the same when I joined. As others have said before me - it appears to be cyclical. Maybe I get a little pissed off becuase when I joined I sat back and tried to "behave" myself (which didn't always work when I was pissed in charge of keyboard confused

), and used the search button etc etc. Maybe I should just get off my high horse and admit that I was just a "creep" wink

What I CAN say is that, even if I don't join in that much anymore - when I felt lower than low last weekend - there was one place I knew I could turn for support. Here! This place. (In fact - when my swinging partner couldn't get hold of me she knew where to find me. She doesn't use the forum - but that day she came here becuase she said she knew she'd find me here!)
I turned to my friends on here and they didn't let me down! They - YOU - lifted me up and put me back on my feet again - both old regulars AND newbies! And that is what the core of this place is still very much about. Well, in my opinion anyway. We may argue, we may have clicques, we may fall out - but we also stand together in support when we need to. I have seen that more than once! And I know that I will always feel the same way about the site.
One thing I am going to pick you out on oh wise friend - is the following.

I think we all have a right to express our views and opinions. The thing is to ensure that you are expressing an opinion and offering advice where it is asked for. Not flaming or abusing.
