My lovely friend Essexlady introduced me to someone via msn and 20 mins later he was driving over and came to stay the night. NOT something I've ever done before SO quickly.
But that meeting brought me to the site
Brought me a little mate in Chesterfield who I can always rely on
Brought me the chance to meet and make sooooooooooo many other friends
And also led me to meeting - on a cold, late night near Romford, a very special chap after only a week of chatting. Not so brave and impulsive, as I waited with friends in a car til he showed. As he drew up in the car my friend said 'Aww look, he don't look like he could do ya much harm!'
And he hasn't
And I'm happy

The retail therapy went well didn't spend a penny like but MY GOD I tried on size 16 and got in it! Now this may seem nothing to some of ya but I haven't had a size 16 past my knees in years (almost 10 years) so I was well chuffed with this
Thennnnnnn I went to sort out some personal insurance at the bank out and spent two hours with the dishiest dishiest financial advisor - phwoar! (Goin back tmrw 'to sign a couple of extra papers' - coff coff, mobile numbers exchanged all in the name of business you hear :twisted: )
A couple of calls from my matey over the water :love:
And THEN Mrs Wibbly Wobbly and GT turn up with the biggest bunch of flowers and whisk me off for a curry! How good a birthday can a girl have?

I love the snow (fingers crossed)
It's going to be my first Christmas with me and my boys alone! No pestering ex an his missus who usually share it with us 'cos he wants to see the kids, and for the first time - and I know it will upset her greatly, I am going to ask mum and dad to come the day after and leave us to ourselves for the day. Working on getting a coal fire in and working, for then. Can't wait. Alternatively I could be India - who knows!
I'm usually so late with cards that I end up saying I'll post them after Christmas and then never do. Important things are being together - oh and the chocolate of course
