Money
Love and sex are a mite tricky without a domicile, food and transport, at least in UK culture in the early 21st.
The one that really p***es me off if the phrase:
"going forward",
what is wrong with
"in the future",
or even the simpler
"later".
And if anyone can define the term "vertical marketing" to me so that it makes sense, I'd be grateful, but very surprised.
anything off The Cure, Wish
Think it depends of the sh!t storm, the texture, density and smell of it's substance, and for how long it continues.
I've ended up covered head to toe several times in my life; and am just washing the last of the most recent off my shoes.
You learn a lot about yourself and those around you, but frankly, much of this 'education' I could have well done without.
(best of luck and fair trails for all those with problems right now, especially where little ones are involved)
Never tried the counting steps thing other than as part of the a walking meditation.
And yes Minx, this is in the wrong thread, as stated in an earlier post.
My eternal shame lives on!
All things are experiential!
If it just sex then I'd have nothing to forgive.
The caveat is that they would have to be open and honest, otherwise abuse of trust issues become involved. From other posts, I'm not alone in this sentiment.
However if the person you have been faithful to for 14 years, and left the life style for, suddenly ran off with a guy she's met 3 weeks previously on VisageFolio, leaving you with your kids, that's another story!
Pants!
Sorry folks. This was meant to be posted to the 'how old were you when you had your first experience' thread. I'm all clicks and thumbs at the moment.
Any of you mods want to carry on and delete this, please feel free. Or you can save it and hold it up as a testament of my eternal shame!
And after 37, I think a much more pleasing number would be 41.
I find reading any text book about maths works for me. Oh yeah, not surfing forums at 1:40 in the morning helps to! Of course, after kids sleep becomes an option and not a necessity.
Teachers these days have been deskilled. Their told what and how to teach, same for discipline. They have targets and charts often linking to their next pay rise. A 'super teacher' friend of mine is head of an IT department, teaching programming at A level, yet she asks me how to use word.
But that's the education system in this land. I was good at school, and bored for every single minute. University was not much different; disillusioned staff teaching in a dry, dusty way. Most of my education came after all that. I class myself as an autodidact; studying things like computing, history, conflict, mathematics, and anything else I can find a book on. I like knowledge for it's own sake, I find I need no other reason. That is what I'd like the schools to teach my kids; that knowing things, anythings, is cool. Unfortunatley school yard peer pressure seems to mitigate against this.
Though I love reading, I've learnt just as much from talking to people. The old and the young are particularly good sources; the old for their knowledge and experience, and the young are great at asking the questions that you'd never think of otherwise. Also I'd have never known what "sports candy" was without my kids.
Bias in education is something facinsting to me, and I believe it applies to knowledge too. For example, take two histories that describe the same event but were written 50 years apart. They'll always tell somewhat different stories. Usually the one written further from the event is more accurate (maybe complete would be a better word) as the writer usually has less stake in knowledge being filtered through personal bias. Some histories are just downright propaganda!
As you'll all get used to (I hope) just my random, incoherent thoughts on things.
Thanks for shifting it anais, although I have been wondering where it went to! I've been exploring other bits of the site; doh!
And I'd like to thank you all for your welcome.
Naughty Wigan Couple (is there an acronym for that?), which wigan is the munch at? There's one just up the road from me, one on tother side of the country (I'd guess that one)?
On the subject of trees:
Not all trees are scratchy, and none to the same degree. Consider the smooth birch or willow, the soft, close grained bark of the pine or the deep, creviced bark of the oak and poplar. Then there's the different limb arrangement of each species; being tied against the trunk was not in my minds eye (but thanks, I'll steal that idea too, yum). And lastly, when scratchy is good, scratchy is good!
Now...
On the subject of picnic tables:
Nice! More brain food!
Cheers folk and thank you all who've taken the 4 hours to read my profile for the poll.
All the things I have to do the following day, sometimes going into the next week.
I'd like to think it saved time...but after I've cum it all goes away. Oftentime I have to start planning all over again. ;)
First experience was when I was 19 and part of a couple in a three couple bi orgy.
Split from the couple but carried on until 23.
Settled (?) into monogomy until late last year.
So this time round 37...and counting.
Hello Folks,
After an absence of many-a year I am trying to reconnect with the intelligent and open minded people in the community. Obviously I enjoy freewheeling fun and frolics, but friendship is very important to me. In my (previous) experience it also gives any physical connection the room to move to a whole new level.
In time I want to push my boundaries to the limits, but at the moment I'm looking to get to know ladies, couples and clubs in the northwest.
Friends have described me as confident and easy going. Although disillusioned with mainstream education after university I am widley read; I particulary love history and science but will read pretty much anything. I love movies and watch a few tv shows religiously, but in general don't watch much. Clubbing and especially dancing give me a huge lift; you'd have to ask my friends if I'm any good. The outdoors calls me constantly (although moreso in good weather) and I like to go camping and walking as much as possible.
As for the other (dirtier) stuff; that's all in my profile, so there's no point harping on about it here.
I'm currently based in Chester, often accompanied by my little ones, but I can usually move things about a bit.
Lastly I'd like to thank those who have written to me so far. I've only been on the site a day but am already humbled by the welcoming nature of the community. Your excellent ambassadors for the open minded!
So please have a look at my profile and if nothing else let me know if you think it's any good; I'd also welcome any tips of how to use the site. I love to correspond with nearly everyone (except the rude or bigoted) on nearly any subject, so I would love to hear from you, whoever you may be.
I look forward to getting to know you all.
Have fun and take care,
Jon
