My vote would be for Amelia Earhart.
My vote for worst aviator would be for Richard Branson and his ballooning exploits!

Ashamed to admit but i have a set of four already redface although i dont use them as it too heavy to lift and gets a bit warm rolleyes

YOu could always drink champagne - all those bubbles might make it a little bit lighter and easier to lift!!

Dougray Scott wasn't he the Bad guy in Mission Impossible 2?

Yep that's him - also in Enigma
Dalton did it best for me (as a Bond that is!)
As for who's next - rumour has it that it will go to Dougray Scott

What do people think about that?

My pet hate is the increasing number of cyclists who have become red/green colour blind at major road intersections and pedestrian crossings!
Why does one rule apply to them and another to all the insured road users???!?!?!
mad :x :x

Guy,
I know NTL are having a few problems with their broadband at the minute...

If the problem doesn't resolve itself, it may be that some of the "ports" on your cable modem are disabled for security purposes. Have a look at the NTL website to see of you can open them!
Good luck
Mike
Are you on broadband and do you have a firewall?
If you do try disabling it briefly to see if it cures the problem

OOOOOH I'm 30% Gay...
Apparently "I'm open minded between the sheets, but rarely show my gay side when out on the street"
Works for me!!!

Guy,
I did a brief search on the web and came up with this...
Not sure if it's a solution for you but you can always give it a whirl!
If you are getting a red X where pictures should be, it is an easy fix.
First off, obviously make sure it is happening frequently, not just on a website here and there because their can be a problem with the server hosting the website. You can also try refreshing a page (refresh or F5). You can verify Internet Explorer is setup to show images by going to Tool, Internet Options, click the advanced tab and under Multimedia make sure Show Pictures is checked. Make sure you have the latest updates for Internet Explorer from Windows Update.
Ok, I know you probably have already checked all that, so since you have, we go to a registry fix:
WARNING: If you use Registry Editor incorrectly, you may cause serious problems that may require you to reinstall your operating system. Use Registry Editor at your own risk.
Quit Internet Explorer, if it is running.
Click Start, and then click Run.
In the Open box, type Regedit, and then press ENTER.
Locate and click the following registry key:
HKEY_CLASSES_
Double-click the Content Type value in the right pane of the Registry Editor.
In the Edit String dialog box, type image/gif in the Value Data box, and then click OK.
Locate and click the following registry key:
HKEY_CLASSES_
Double-click the Content Type value in the right pane of the Registry Editor.
In the Edit String dialog box, type image/jpg in the Value Data box, and then click OK.
Quit the Registry Editor.
Start Internet Explorer and open any Web page with a JPG or a GIF image.

Good luck!
Mike
WBB - if the DNS thing doesn't work here's a link to possible solution:

Good luck
Mike
WBB is this only happening on this website or is it happening on every site you visit??
Mike
I have to agree that Queeen were fantastic - but the live show
Meatloaf used to put on was fantastic. My sister and I used to make an annual christmas pilgrimage to Hammersmith back in the early 90's.
She went to see him this year and told me that the new slim-line version was nowhere near as good
Could I join please - one day 9 posts and I've managed to fit a three course meal and a full days work in too!
Sometimes I work from home - and the rest of the time I'm that guy who monitors the offices internet use and abuse - it's lucky for me that no-one watches the watcher!!!
