If you are an Extras member, enter via the Extras Lounge and then use the Take me to tab to move to Server 2 or 3. Do not use server 1 or you will be thrown into hyper-space.
If you aren't an Extras member, keep trying. You will get in.
The problem is that Server 1 is playing up, so there is nobody on there. When you enter the Chatroom, you are automatically sent to the Server which has the least amount of people on it, so because server 1 is empty, it tries to put you in there.
