Hi Heather, you've had some humourous replies but this one is on the level. In the last 2 weeks we have received a basque ordered for my wife who is a size 22 from Bathsheba's Sexy Fashions in Wichita. Delivery took approx 4 days. It was ordered because it was the only lace-up 4x that I could find. An item may be say 80 dollars in the States but the same thing here will be 80 pounds or more. Carriage to the UK was 25 dollars and it still works out cheaper. Hope this is of help.
