Seeing as i used to spend 90% of my time in the bar chatting, drinking and yes smoking, maybe the ban will do my sex life some good!!

Because where we live it used to be marsh land, the woods around us are like a bog... so off i went today to buy some wellies for when i walk my dogs. How difficult was it to just buy a pair or wellies?? Well i got home and the dim assistant had sold me not only two left feet, but also two different styles of welly!! mad
Took them back, had a moan and got £2 off! Just look so attractive on tho!! (not, but sick of getting wet jeans all the time!)

I trust very few people ... those I implicitly trust I can count on one hand.
There are a few people I've dropped my guard for and feel comfortable with, but that usually takes a long time to do and even then I wait constantly to be let down sad
I learned to trust a few more people on this site, because I realised in the swinging game you have to have trust, but those with that trust are few and far between and I'll admit I stop us "playing" because I'm too scared of getting hurt. People often comment that they feel I'm unapproachable, whereas actually despite the online persona I'm quite shy because I can't let go enough to trust anyone, sometimes even with just a conversation :(
In a vanilla context, with the exception of one person I have trust in no one, friends who I've known since school have let me down, it doesn't necessarily stop me being friends with someone but I refuse to trust them again.
It's a deep dark hole in here ... very isolating and
lonely.

Awww Calista ive never found you unapproachable or offish, to me your friendly and fun... (and sexy).
I dont tend to trust many people except my man and my family. Trust has to be earned along with respect.. i have some friends on here i DO trust tho, but then ive known them for a few years now.
Theres always some arsehole who hurts you tho, i guess its just a part of life ... for a while i retreat to lick my wounds but i usually bounce back for round 2.

Had a much better day with my new pup today.. hes calming down and i think he will settle in nicely in a few weeks or so.
A much more relaxed Suze x
Ive had only one bitch and all my other dogs have been males... i prefer males on the whole. Actually, we picked up our new dog just last Saturday from Dogs Trust. Hes absolutely mental!! Hes wrecking the house, i walk him for miles and he gets back home and dumps in my beloved garden.. grrrrr. Hes jumping all over my furniture like a dog possessed, hes mad i tell you mad!! Hes a 4 month old deaf collie cross, so I cant even shout at him to correct him. My lovely, well behaved GSD doesnt know whats hit him, poor love.
Its been a stressful week so far and in a way i wish i could turn the clock back... (i wanted an older dog, but as usual gave in to pressure from family for a pup!!)
Rant over..

I think that sometimes we reply with a "knee jerk reaction". Trouble is that after a while, you suddenly think "omg why did i say that". Its for that very reason that i generally walk away from the pc and come back later....

Awwww NN, you are naughty not letting us all know - hope u had a lovely day anyway!!

When you do a quick Tesco run and when you get back you find you've bought everything BUT the thing you went there for in the first place

OMG that happens soooo often and its infuriating!! Why does it always pour down with rain when its school run time and why then does the school seem to let the kids out late??

I really feel for you cos i know exactly how you feel. Whenever ive lost one of my dogs, i go to pieces, ive had time off work and taken to my bed in the past!! Its heartbreaking and yes your right the house will seem very different for a while...
Take comfort in the fact that your cat had a great life, lots of love and affection and that unfortunately our pets just dont have the life span we have!!
I lost my last dog 2 yrs ago and altho ive still got one, im hoping to adopt a 4 month old totally deaf collie pup this weekend!!

Did Varca wear the belly dancing cossie then? Anyone got pics? ( even though I've seen it for real  )

Yes she did for a while and very scrummy she looked too!!
Just wanna add my thanks to NWC for a great evening and especially to Philstar for a great choice of music all night esp the "paradise by the dashboard light". Was great fun singing along to that with Stuart, each of us doing the right parts!! Was a great atmosphere, was a great crowd and i thoroughly enjoyed myself. We didnt get there till (went to the wrong place initially) so was a lovely surprise to be told that the bar staff would stay another hour!!
Lovely to see all my friends and see you all soon (i hope).

Or do you just stop talking to them confused:

Would be so much easier than what appears to be a personal dig on a public forum :?
But hey I could be wrong ]
Speaking in Bartdutch's behalf cos hes at work, this is definitely NOT a dig at anyone as far as i know Dawnie.

I soooooooo want to go to a Chams bi night.
i recently went to a couples night and it was great. the place is beautiful and it was packed out - so i thought! Apparently it was a bit quieter than a usual Saturday, i was told.
A bi male friend has told me about the Monday nights and I'm gagging to go!
Who will babysit for me on a school night?

I was there the night u were Marya and i hardly saw you - glad u enjoyed tho!

She may have done you a favour, she might have been very unfanciable herself!! Personally, i think she was a bit shallow, cos she may have had a brilliant evening out anyway whether or not there was a physical attraction!
