I hate having to say this to you grrrr I can't disagree with you there.
After reading a couple of posts from neil today. He has mentioned about the forums being the place where your natural character comes out more so than the chstrooms. I do and don't totally agree as I think people can have many sides of their personality which show in different places and moods.
So I thought I would do a thread to see how we all see others either here or in the chat rooms by describing the previous poster in three words.
I can't start so hopefully I will be back to respond at some stage.
You could do three words for either or both. Be interesting to see any differences.
Also it might be easy to state which place or places you use.
I use both the forums and chatrooms

Took me a while to see it, properly head scratching. Once seen cannot be unseen, you're right! How did I miss it before?
Actually Meds profile picture is case in point of this thread I think, as it took my mind a few minutes to work out what it was.
I haven't worked the avatar out, do I need to squint as tried that and it didn't work either.

We only intended to pop in briefly but ended up staying for around 90 minutes chatting to old and new friends. One of the good things was that the number of people in there, and on cam (Cubette included! :shockattracted some non-forum users in, so hopefully we'll see some more people in here now too.

Just listened to Joe Brown singing "when I am dead and gone" it sounded depressing.
So I have now put on my original version McGuinness Flint and am dancing love love this song and told my kids to play it at my funeral and have a dance.

I wanted to ask a question that has always been something I have always asked myself since being young and based on my own experiences in the past.
If you saw a wrong being done with your own eye to another person as to inflict Pain or suffering would you confront, report it or walk away and ignore it?
At what point would you think “ let sleeping dogs lie”?
All through my life I have confronted if I felt I can handle the situation by not putting my personal safety at risk by this I mean I won’t be left maimed or killed.
If I felt there was a personal injury risk I would report and follow this up finding out what had been done.
I could never ignore it and let sleeping dogs lie.
This reason for this is rather selfish. I couldn’t live with my own conscience and the humanity I feel towards other. I couldn’t risk destroying myself.
After recent revelations wrongs can’t be put right now but it has left me questioning how people live with themselves. What make them decide not to do anything?
Time and time I have come up with this question and can never find the answers and it has often left me with a feeling of where is the humanity, conscience within.
Is there some driving force greater than humanity or conscience that I have not yet discovered?
Only I keep searching for it, whatever it might be.
Can others help me out to understand it please?
