I think I will always be a dabbler unless I come across a lady that will become my partner and she feels the same way.
So on that note I think thats a life time dabbler rotflmao
Funny this ties into a post I just did :haha:
I really do think some things are best left to happen, the more i pushed to see my kids the further they got away from me.
When i relaxed and let things happen they did, it depends on the situation, some things require conserted direct action, like I want it and i want it now.
Others chill and it will happen and it will propbable be better for it.
There are practical issuies that come along with this as well.
I did not see my kids as much as i wanted to begin with but then we were at real logger heads splitting things up.
Now we have a very amicable relationship and shes happy to take the kids as much as I want within reason.
My problem is I dont have enough room to look after them properly, I cant get a mortgage at the moment because my money is tied up in the house my kids live in, and i cant afford a deposit or rent a larger house.
I would love to have more access so would kids and ex but practcalities are not there.

Hi,
Unfoprtunatly Club rules are no single guys on a saturday evening sorry about that

bugger i was actually thinking about it too, i shall just go back to the darkest depths of hell that is know as the single male area sad
dont worry not having a go at you as i know they not your rules
I have heard of there and its been good, but the trouble being the sort of island it is means you always get dickheads in some places.
sorry but never been there only what i heard
I have worn pink shirts in the past and dont have a problem with it, David Coultard was wearing one at last weekends F1.
Agua Blanca in the northern part of the island is also a great nudist beach.
Mostly European and not really a play beach, but the sand and the sea is much better than Es Cavalett.
So if you fancy a more relaxed nude beach this is the one, when you get there just walk left the further you go the more cloths come off, i spent almost everyday of my holiday there last year.
if you book at the right time flights from stanstead and gatwick can be cheap, but accomodation will be the key, i stay with family which is why its cheap for me.
the clubs and especially the drinks inside are very expensive, depends on what your looking for though.
I'm not going for a holiday this year but might pop over for a long weekend, i go and see ibiza rocks The Kooks are playing one of the nights.
I'm lucky I have family there, have fun drinkies
blimy first post in ages.......
can understand why steam room has a new place, but other than its way too confusing, too many places to post/look. I suspect mods will have to spend far more time working out what should go where, great idea just one step to far in my opinion.
well i said SE but just outside london, which for a single straight guy seems to be the back of beyond and off the edge of the earth in swinging terms.
unless of course you are bi then you get chased by loads of single bi men.

I'm 100% ENGLISH traced back generations on both side.
But you can't put English in your passport you have to put British, now considering you can put Scottish and Irish, not sure about Welsh?
Why not and that annoys me, why should it be different?
We are all part of the British Isles but it's only the English that are not allowed to state that.
well im right next to the Grand Union canal in Hemel further south, Id love to know about people in my neck of the woods.
I have been on many narrow boats over the years mostly as a kid and love them.

have fun with your party
I have flown with both airlines many times and end of the day, you get what you pay for.
I have no problems with using them, they can feel like cattleplanes at times but i just ignore all the crap and fly to were im going and enjoy myself.
Dont see the point in getting stressed of stuff, but if you want more than cattle class then go with a bigger airline.
I always thought sloopy seconds was a bareback term :haha:
I dont see why not liking someone else makes a difference just because you accidently found out, it would never matter if you never knew but then again as a single male I never get to play anyway so probable not actually qualified to comment rolleyes
I think it's frightening the way cctv and other stuff has risen in use the UK, we are now the most moinitored country in the world and we are supposed to be a free and democratic country, freedom of speech and all that.
Most of this stuff has come off the back of protection from terrorism, and to keep us safe from thieves and rapeists etc.......
So why then have a lot of councils turned the cameras that are supposed to be there to catch these criminals now being used for parking and driving offences. There was a debate on one of the london radio stations and a serving police officer was getting frustrated about not being able to catch people because the councils have control over the cameras and they are using them to raise revenue.
Since all these cctv has come in can anyone actually prove that the level of crime has actually gone down, because thats what they were supposed to do. We can all definately say they have increased revenue for the goverment and local councils that is a fact, but the crime side of it dunno speed cameras did not reduce speed and car accidents.
I read in an earlier post about all our details and childrens details being shared with the US but that senior figures families would not be included. Why not :dunno: they will say its because for the safety and security of their family, but they say we are all on it for the safety and security of the country :silly:
When you look at all the stuff one piece at a time its nothing and very easy to say your scare mongering or if you have nothing to hide then dont worry, but when you put all the bits together it's one rule for the goverment and one rule for the masses.
That is a dictatorship in all but a name, you could say we are technically in one right now, noone in this country ever voted brown in and because of the rules laid down by the people in power we can only do somethng about it when they think they can win.
jacqui smith used rules laid down by MP's in other words themseleves to gain finacial advantage in her expenses over her home, if you or I did this and many actually do with the benifits system, they will be done for fraud but because they actually wrote the rules they do want they want.
I know I have rambled a bit and gone on a side tangent but this one rule for them and one rule for others and all cctv is doing at the moment is just a slow decline in to a big brother state, think of it as baby brother at the moment.
mad bloody bint is the flounce over now rotflmao:rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao::rotflmao:
Humility
I think maybe I get stuck up what I believe and think are right a bit more than I should at times.

Does anyone know how long before an invoice for solicitors work is valid and still be claimed.
Mine did some work for me and as far as I was aware we were completely settled. About a 1 1/2 years later I have had a bill, this is the first invoice and not a copy reminder.
Surely after all this time if they not send me an invoice and its their fault I dont have to pay, I know I would never get payment from one of my customers if I did this, but does anyone know where I stand legally

So, did you not pay for the original work done now invoiced or was this work never done?
If you have already paid for it, send the invoice back requesting justification for the account now rendered by his Firm as it merely may be a mistake by some junior or other.
If however, you didn't pay for the work and thought you had got away with it, legally if not morally it's still due. It may have only come to light following his annual audit for IR purposes (which can be as much as 18 months or more down the line) - indeed, he may have already paid tax up front on the WIP. Could it be that the charge relates to work done by a Barrister (legal opinion etc) who has only just asked your Solicitor for payment?
That said, a Solicitor is an Officer of the Court and you can ask the Court to "tax" the invoice, if it is justified in the first place but the amount is in dispute.
Other than that, it's off to The Law Society who are the governing professional organisation and have an adjudication system in place.
I had been given invoices for works done and I paid them, at the point I told them I no longer wished their services I thought I was fully paid up.
According to their accounts I still owe them monies for works done that they have only just invoiced me for, their account was ill it seems and someone is not doing a very good job, they also replaced the accounting system so there is a possibility that old invoices have been re-invoiced dunno
I have to admit if it's not a mistake I will be very very
mad :x :x :x as my divorce is still not finalised and all the works that has been done were by me and my ex though mediation, my solicitor has given me no concrete advice and just listened to me and taken my money. :x :x :x :x
