A lot more reserved than you try to make out kiss
He's really the Honey Monster in disguise ya know bolt
Are you sure? i used to hang round a bit with the actual Honey Monster (yer know, the one in the suit for the ads)
If RPM is the same bloke he's got a bloody good sun tan, died his hair, lost a bit of weight and it looks like he's also grown quite a bit taller...not a bad feat for a 30 something bloke:mrgreen:
rotflmao
30 something? lol Just goes to show you weren't paying much attention! And it's true- RPM is the Honey Monster. AKA Sugar Puff Daddy...secret sugar puff eater...rotflmao
I picked one up four or five years ago- a uni student needing to get in for a lecture from the outlying village she was lodging in. One of the reasons I stopped, I guess was worrying that she was in such a remote spot, and a very attractive young woman, that she was vulnerable. confused
I last saw half a dozen just last week- so yeah, they still happen!
Monogomy is an artificial state for humans imposed by the church as a means of control.
Mother nature intended multiple partners. What "we" do is ignore what the church/society preaches in favour of what comes naturally.
Some people suit monogamy. Some people don't, but they "do" monogamy because it's what's expected of them. Some people suit Polyamoury. Others suit Promiscuity. Rollop the Trollop suits rubber.
Such is life.
Slippers. New, warm, cosy, memory foam slippers.
I don't care how old I sound, I have terrible circulation and cold feet make me miserable.
So yeah, slippers. :inlove:
Yes. Of course they should.
As Sassy so rightly said, mud sticks, and a wrongful allegation- and there are sick, warped people out there who make them- can so easily wreck an innocent life.

how are we describing famous ?

I'm thinking even easier to recognise than you after the fireplace incident... rolleyes
In other words being noticed/recognised/photographed/talked about yadda yadda...
I've been described as "infamous" in certain circles. lol

My original point got kind of lost but its been an interesting read none the less cool My Ref was looking out the car window lol This is hardly time to get to know anyone I was talking on a much more cosmetic level than most of the replies have been suggesting.

Ya didn't say that in your original post confused confused lol lol lol
So your going from looks alone?
Still I find as I get older I am less fussy with the ladies I look at say out of the car window.

:whistles:
Me, I'm much more fussy now...or is that cynical? dunno
Inspired by a line in a song I just heard "Everyone wants to be famous"- do they? Really?
I don't. Without a doubt I would loathe it. I've run a mile from it on the couple of occasions I've been asked to give interviews/ seen a local news camera etc.
It's not a "shrinking violet" thing though, I've done am-dram, been sawn apart on stage, played an outgoing role to entertain upwards of 60/70 people at a time etc...but the thought of fame, and all the grief that goes hand in hand with it? No way Jose. confused
What are your thoughts? Am I just weird? (We've ascertained the weird- it's the just that's the issue.)
If you do crave fame, I'm interested to know why...
The mental image of someone looking a lot like this right now:

OOOH this is sooo one of my pet hates mad
I can just about cope with people being bare foot in the house, but i have a real bug bear about people outdoors in bare feet dunno
I suppose it's probaby to do with having seen to many feet cut to shreds by a vast selction of sharp objects, everything from broken glass to disguarded nails / tacks.
Add to that several years spent overseas in places where things that stung and / or bit were usually quite deadly and hid in the grass / undergrowth.
And then add the 'fight or flight' syndrome .... nooooo, couldn't be doing with bare feet, i only take me boots off begrudginly when its bed time, all other times my feet are clad and ready to run :lol2:

Wiggles toes at Pete in a devil may care manner...
Actually, I did get my comeuppance once. We'd been moored at the end of Saarfend pier for a few days, and twice a day at least I'd been running the length of the pier rather than waiting for the soooo slow tram. rolleyes
I was in costume, so wearing leather jeans etc but I drew the line at running in my 2inch heeled knee high boots. Many trips up & down the peir had been done barefoot, boots in hand, without incident.
However, on the last day I was getting taken home by car, so I ran for the train with my bags in one hand, boots in the other- and just as I stepped off the peir onto the tram/train thingy- I got two feck off lumps of Saarfend pier stuck in my foot.
One of them the OH managed to remove, but there was an 8mm sliver that necessitated a trip to minor injuries. redface
(Do you think they'd believe it was a piracy related industrial injury? No siree...)
ooh- that just reminded me. Last time the other other half came away with us, he binned his shoes halfway through the trip, and spent the next few days barefoot. The soles of his feet are like leather, but damn was the floor cold, and there was a carpet of fallen acorn shells for miles around. Led to some very silly walks lol
In an "In the flesh" scenario I agree with PeteSW- chemistry! I remember an instant damp gusset scenario when a half naked god-like bloke appeared at a friends house. Two minutes later, as I was having to explain a joke to this guy- who had all the personality of a damp flannel- I was looking for the quickest exit. rolleyes
In real life, as on screen, if someone has charisma they have it made.
Another famous example- Halle Berry. A stunningly beautiful woman with an amazing figure- yet for me she has no "twinkle."

my holiday on Wednesday for 7 days... by train. Paris and Barcelona. I am so excited... and if worlass stops organising and making lists and packing before then I might even be taking her with me.

Have you practised you bi/tri(lingual) skills? lol
I am a typically poorly educated Brit and speak only English. I am relying on two more educated cultures to cope with my GCSE French and non-existent Spanish. Worlass speaks Italian. We will get by I think. rolleyes it is so ignorant going to another country without speaking the lingo... I think that I shall just wave Euros around and point.
Remind me to tell you about the time my darling hubby mimed the need for a "big horse" and a "little horse" in order to make the kids "happy" in France. It has to be demonstrated. So bloody funny that as I was sitting in the car looking on I had to call our eldest back in the UK for a blow by blow of what was happening with tears running down my cheeks.
I'm looking forward to delivering some vice and some excellent company :bounce:

As well as not having to remove it when you pee, I also pee normally, why would you sprinkle everywhere, it still only comes out of 1 hole as the ring or bar is tight through the pierced area
the only problems I have ever had with mine are when you have a bigger piercing put in as you have to stretch the pierced area and it can hurt for a few days
A thin ring acts like a cheese whire
most people stretch upto 6mm or 8mm or about the thickness of a bic biro

Twas a joke wink

I think that I am very similar in real life. If anything I am more opinionated- more as I am in the chatrooms here perhaps.
I am fiercely loyal in real life of those who I class as real life friends. I have no such inclination on here.
In either place I don't suffer fools so well and have a strong sense of right and wrong (in my opinion)
I suspect that in real life my opinion will often been softened by body language... but then again.. I don't know.
In real life I am much more flirty..... but in real life I also blush... (I have no idea how)

Yup, with Splendips you get what you see. Bloody scary on here, bloody scary in the flesh.
Me...hmm...I have no idea. This me must just be a manifestation of a me I am, somewhere inside. So I guess I'm still just me. confused

so great halloween party last night, and as the newbies lots of introductions to be done.
I bend over to fasten my heels and someone cries" now i know who you are,I recognise that bottom from your profile pix" biggrin
so what is the one thing about yourself that is instantly recognisable?

That's some lady garden you must have there! blink
Quote by varca
this might be a silly question, but if you need to pee, do you have to take it out?

Good question? Welll Joe???
biggrin
Nope, it stays in. A bit like a sprinkler attachment on a garden hose wink

I know what the correct lane discipline is, ta. However, you didn't say the cars in the outside lane weren't overtaking.

I didn't say anything at all about the cars in the outside lane....I didn't make the original post.
My humblest apologies- it was the 7's that did it. Careful, I'll be mistaking you for Kenty next :giggle:

Is Dog Soldiers comedy or horror?

It all depends on if you're getting the kids to watch it before they go camping...back to back with The Blair Witch Project usually works best.
I've been watching horrors since I could walk- B/W Frankensteins, Draculas...The Beast With Five Fingers etc...but nothing scares me anymore.
If anyone could reccommend something that might- I'd be a happy bunny biggrin

I'm pretty confident that the majority of law abiding citizens (so to speak) break the law on a regular basis when traveling on the motorway. As everyone knows (who drives) the national speed limit is 70 miles per hour (mph). I do a lot of motorway driving because of my job and I've seen a all types of people braking this limit (in effect making them criminals). What do you think? Should they up the limit? I think 90 mph would be more appropriate. Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't the stopping distance's that are printed in the handbook based on older car's? Surely they should be updated? After all with today's technology car's are lasting longer and stopping over shorter distances.
I also think that this would cut down on congestion. How often do you get someone blocking the inside lane because they're doing 70 mph (in effect the limit) and feel they don't need to move over because of driving in Germany I know for sure that our lane discipline is shocking. If you hog the wrong lane and slow the traffic then they literaly push you over. (OK, I'm lieing, but they do drive right up your arse and are realy aggresive).
What do you think confused:

A tad baffled- do you mean the outside lane? If so, it is the limit- not the limit in effect, and no, of course they shouldn't have to move over for people to be able to speed.
If I speed on motorways (within certain sensible pre-set parameters, of course) - read the way it's phrased officer, it's not an admission- I sure as hell don't expect people abiding the law to pander to me.
