going through a tough few mins at the moment , had a beer and some dinner and there arte two fags downstairs the ex has left in a packet cryiing out smoke me, i also feel like shit has ive had a down moment this afternoon thats playing on my mind, apart from that the day has been great and ciggies never entered my head, im not going to have one but those of you that smoke will recognise that gnawing feeling inside , its damned horrible

well if i hadnt seen it with my own eyes id belive you were right, but fact they didnt appear on my friends pc till today when norton was unloaded and reloaded thats all thats changed
