Two people signing up on the same day and surviving is probably unique! :lol2:

Mar 04, 2004"]Hi all. wave
I'm new here and if you'll forgive the lack of any details about yours truly, I'm just going to lurk a bit, read what people are saying and see what the people here are like before I say anything about myself.
What I will say is I'm a bit of a forum veteran/addict, but haven't been on any 'specialist' sites like this before, so I'd be ever so grateful if you'd sort of break me in gently like.

Why appear so critical of my post cool4catz? KYG said in his original post that he felt really guilty and regretted these encounters afterwards. I was only showing concern abt that and hoping that he finds a way of not feeling guilty or regretful about it. If he's feeling this way, then obviously he thinks that being bi is in someway wrong? I don't think it is and was wishing him good luck in finding an answer. I don't think just saying 'go on and get on with it' was necessarily the answer he was looking for.

The only person who knows what Kent young guy thinks is Kent young guy. I was simply questioning how you could be so certain of what action he needs to take and what will happen to him if he doesn't. He said himself that those feelings soon went and he was "up for it again". That was my experience too. I speak from experience, not supposition, and I can only answer his question in terms of the experience I have had. It is such a personal and individual thing that I don't feel that any other kind of advice is of any use, save for that about always playing safe. You may differ of course.
..why do you assume you're the only person with relevant experience and as such your opinions are any more valid than anyone else's? Kent Young Guy posted on here because he was seeking opinions and help from fellow members (not just the bi ones) . I did not assume my judgement would be right for him, but several people have replied to help him, so he can pick out those which are most relevant to his circumstances. Incidentally, and not that it's relevant, I too am a bi male.

What I would say to Alspals is that just because you cannot control your kids internet behaviour (either by physically restricting access, or by creating an effective climate of right and wrong within your household), why should MY freedom be restricted. I did not choose to have your kids, so why should I be "punished" for your inability to control them?

...forgive me for selectively editing your post, but this last paragraph is what I hope illustrates my point..of course you should not be 'punished' for my inability to control my kids..but if I fail to be a responsible parent then it is you and the wider community who have to deal with the consequences. As an irresponsible parent why would I care?
Alspals
Haven't we been around this before somewhere around halfway through page 4. If parents abdicate responsibility like this it is virtually certain that the kids (and wider society) will suffer far more as a result than if kids somehow manage to "accidentally" find the content", "accidentally" note some credit card details and then "accidentally" use those credit card details to pay for access to some porn site.
There is a deep irony in that in the UK, you need a licence to own a TV, you need a licence to own a gun, you need a licence to drive a car (and be qualified to do so), you need a licence to own a dog (or at least you did) and yet any idiot can have kids and through neglect and general indifference wreak far greater havoc upon society than many "criminals" committing offences which are essentially victimless. Personally if we are going to have governments playinig the game of social control, I would rather that they concentrated efforts on preventing the irresponsible and idiotic from foisting their dodgy genes on future generations. This is at least as valid an argument as restricting the individual liberty of everyone else to minimise the impact of the consequences of irresponsible or ineffective parenting.
..and it seems BFC to be a circular argument to which there are no conclusive answers. To be honest I am one of those people who would always defend your right to personal freedom and self expression, but on the other hand I have to confess to there being a failure in my own ideology when those freedoms compromise the safe, natural development of our young. It's doing my head in! banghead

Hi
Im a 19yr old guy and new to the forum. I'm in a bit of a dilemma. I have been with girls of many different sites and have loved every encounter. However, over the last 6 months I have started reading guys ads and getting very turned on! I met up with one guy who was great he took things so slowly and in the end I sucked him which I really enjoyed. Afterwards, I felt really guilty and regretted but that soon went and i'm up for it again.
Do you think i'm bi-sexual or just "confused"

welcome to the forum. I agree with what other peeps have said, you're not doing anything wrong and should enjoy yourself..but you do need to work out why you feel guilty and beat yourself up afterwards.

What with?
Kentyoung guy, just go out and enjoy yourself, enjoy the fact that you are bisexual and know that you have discovered experiences which many never will. It's up to you how open you want to be about it and exactly how "bi" you feel you are.
One thing I hope you do discover which may surprise you is just how many women are turned on by male bisexuality. If you find such a woman that's when you can really start to have a good time! I used to think it was a turn off for women but now I know how wrong I was!
You should never regret anything you DID do in life, just try not to end up regretting things you DIDN'T do.

..well said Walnut, Duncan & Ice..
What I would say to BFC, Seagull and Bigslut is...if you see don't approve of some form of internet censorship in respect of violent sexual images and ...round up your kids this morning and sit them down to a couple of hours a day of watching this stuff.. because as things stand now that's what they're able to do. With the internet, there is no watershed, pre programme warning of graphic/violent images to follow or age limit discrimination of any kind. Children wouldn't even have to be particularly resourceful to fall on it by 'accident', so effectively, very young, unsupervised kids can see this stuff.
As I keep saying..in principle, I disagree with censorship, because historically only the people (adults) with an interest in whatever it was that turned them on would access or be in a position to, the pornography that they need. The internet is a new phenomenon and changes all that, at the touch of a button.
Quote by bucksfuncpl
The protection of children is a laudable objective but are we to ban knives "to protect kids from injury"?
Are we to ban cars because some kids get run over?
Are we to ban libraries because they contain some raunchy literature?
If kids need physical prevention to stop them doing really stupid things I would consider this to be because their parents had failed to set a responsible example and raise their kids properly. It's all too easy to worry about how poor little Johnny might be accessing allsorts of filth, whilst you are lying on the sofa watching Eastenders, fag in one hand beer in the other. Sometimes its hard to take responsibility and spend time with kids and actually teach them responsible values and be willing to talk to them about a range of subjects.
It's a bit provocative but my guess is that more kids are "damaged" from parental indifference, neglect or abdication of responsibility, than from all the porn on the web and "menace perverts" combined.

oh I so love jousting with you BFC duel , where have you been all day?! biggrin
I agree with most of what you and Seagull say on this issue, but you also acknowledge that there are parents out there who don't monitor or care what their children are watching. Please don't think that I'm objecting to the more commercial aspects of internet porn..the sort of extreme images that worry me would probably affect the development and behaviour of children (sadly I don't have any evidence to support this, but it just seems like common sense). The worst thing to contemplate would be a generation of children growing up believing it was ok to degrade and abuse people sexually (without their consent) and desensitised to the needs of others.
Quote by seagull69
As a parent myself I understand your concerns but surely it is up to parents to monitor what their children are doing on the internet. If they don't care they probably don't care about other things that their childaren are doing

..totally agree Seagull..but some parents are bloody dipsticks and invariably their delinquent offspring cause problems for other people in the community rather than just them selves.

Seagull I agree with you, it is a concern that any government may be considering banning anything we wish to view for entertainment in our own homes. However without legislation the internet becomes a free for all. I'm not interested in what might turn you or anyone else on, as consenting adults..but I am worried if extreme sexual/violent is accessible by children with parents who don't or can't monitor their online activity.

I know where you are coming from but the state is not interested in whether little johnny is getting off on so wacko porn blimey you can bet your life that half your MPs are down getting a flogging from so mistress. They are using this to see how far they can go to controling what we cannot veiw and read. They Know how powerfull the internet is. You don't have to rely on the government lie machines anymore.
And when it comes to obscene images. As a kid I was brought up on one. It was this guy who was wiped and flogged then they nailed him to a cross and stuck a spear in his side. That really is sick and they showed it to kids smile
hahaha..of course many MP's are hypocrites and pervs themselves lol, but what ever their motivation it doesnt detract from my worry over what kids can freely access on the internet.
I also agree with your Jesus analogy and I made similar remarks on another thread about the suitability of certain literature/images for young children just because it has some historical value.

The reality of law is that you make a law banning sexual acts against those unable to resist and then insert, in the same legislative act, laws banning the watching of others having sex.
You ban consenting sexual-sado-masochism, in effect, and insert more parts banning something else.
In effect, and fact, you are gradually banning life and freedom.
More laws does not equal less crime, the reasoning behind making the laws is flawed because the people penning the legislation are unable to make the mental jump to thinking as opposed to acting.
Criminals don't obey laws, so more laws equals less obedience of law. Which also means less respect for the law.
All of this is a gradual process of moving from a policy of control of crime and criminals, to a policy of control of the population.
Life's tough !

..the consultation paper does not cover the banning of these acts, from what I can see it appears to address who has access to view imagery of sexual violence and amonsgt other things.
Your high brow argument holds up well in a utopian society where individuals have nothing to gain or no wish to gain by the disadvantages of others..however it is naive in a society where this is not the case.
Criminals, by definition have failed to observe laws which in most cases are there to protect the general public ..how far these laws are applied to protect us is what we should be debating on this particular issue. If laws didnt exist of course there would be no criminals, however it would be a society ruled by anarchy and lessfreedom for the individual.

Just to be a bit controversial I believe that this is just another step on this governments agenda of taking us towards a totalitarian state:
First they came for the Homosexuals I did nothing because I wasn't a homosexual
You know the rest

..why do you have that opinion Seagull??
Because this government appears to bringing in more laws that affect individual freedoms. Only in August did they bring in a ban on the humble mushroom what next smile
I agree that the government should have little control over individual freedoms, but if 'our' freedoms could have a negative influence on someone else (our kids) then doesn't it seem reasonable to at least have the discussion? Which is why the proposals are only in the form of a consultation document at this stage.

what do you make of this..
I have just watched a video in which three people urinate over one another.. one man has a shit in a bowl and gives it to another person to eat
a burning wooden taper is put into the end of the men's penis and set fire to till it burns him.......... right I will not go on explaining everything that occurs in this video because obviously it would be illegal.... well no it is not... and not only that it has been given a British Board of Film censors Certificate and ''surprise surprise'' it's not R18
no this film has been given an 18 Certificate..!!!
could this possibly be true oh yes it's true... the film is dirty Sanchez...bar code 612154... .. for you disbelievers
you see all these actions would not be allowed in a sex film ..but you can show it at other times as long as it doesn't involve sex
so you can see exactly the same so-called depravity in one context and is perfectly all right then the moment you introduce the word ''SEX'' it all becomes different for some reason .....because all these decisions are made for political reasons if these acts are socially unacceptable then that's one argument but to say they are socially unacceptable only when they include sex is ridiculous.... rolleyes

...good spot Bigslut, but it's worth noting that all films released in the UK are classified in some way and this one theoreticallyshould not be viewed by under 18's. The problem is that images like these (& worse) on the internet are not regulated and can be accessed easily by minors, I guess that's one of the reasons the state is considering getting involved in internet censorship.

I was just having a look through the threads, and thinking of sex as you do, when I thought on how many times a week I have sex.
At the mo its 4 or more times a week. The thing is I'm still like a dog in heat. I can safely say that I feel like it at least twice a day.
So come on then is this the norm for some one on here?

..yes I'm like a dog on heat too...always sitting on my fave chair, contemplating all those young bitches I'm going to shag....then I wake up and find I've pissed me pants and my head slumped in a puddle of drool! Well dog's get old too you know!
