hmm now this is a really interesting question Debbie Webs and one I cant fathom out at the moment.
The fact is men in their 40's tend to prefer younger women whereas men in their 30's can often be looking for an older women. Now which year does their body clock switch over and when do you become the older 'woman' is it your age or the age difference?????????

Hmmm, I think this means that men are all looking for women of around the same age. It's just that when we're in our 30's that age is a bit older and in our 40's it's a bit younger !! Does that make sense?? Guesstimate for perfect woman's age therefore is 38 !!
What do I know - last girlfriend was 19 years younger than me, before that was 8 years older.... biggrin

if your going to have a poll with scotland and wales.. you have only 4 choices, scotland, wales ireland and england...
if your having south east, south west etc,.. like england, scotland and wales are divided into areas too!

No you don't - Britain has a North which is mostly Scotland, a West which is mostly Wales and other directions which are mostly England. Not too hard?
Except that of course if you're in Ulster, you're still f***ked....
Ant
Im sorry Ant but i have disagree with and go with Nicola & Alan on this one. Why should England be divided into areas and Scotland and Wales be be lumped as a whole with parts of England. mad
You either have countries a a whole or each country should be dived. There is quite a large scottish crowd in here and we like our own identity. :x
Carol
Sorry, I think I phrased this badly. What I was trying to say is that if you take Great Britain as a whole and then split it up into compass points etc, then most of North Britain is in fact Scotland (with Cumbria, Northumberland, etc as well) and most of West Britain would be Wales (with Somerset, Gloucestershire etc). However East & South would be entirely composed of England.
I entirely agree that if you split England into regions, it's only fair to do the same for the other countries in Great Britain / UK / British Isles (choose as appropriate but the results are different for each!!!).
Hope I didn't cause offence - none was intended.

Those that are down on the list as staying over, there are a number of comfy places available - one double bed, 2 singles, and 2 double sofa beds - the rest of you will be kipping on the floor :uhoh: (or not kipping at all  ).

Is there a booking system for these or is it first come first served ? (a poor choice of phrase in the circumstances, I know).
Perhaps as contingency I should pop along to Cotswold for a new sleeping bag....
Ant
Bloody hell !!! This is actually a real event.....
I WANT TO GO !!
............. starts saving for next year..........
Ant
Just back from hols to find this thread, so here goes:-
1: Manchester and a driver = 2
2: Before 17 Sept = 0 After, should = 2
3: Prefer groups and clubs myself = 2
4: Orally bi = 2
5: Fairly flexible with a bit of advance notice = 1
So, I reckon a score of 7 at the moment, without adding on spurious points for all sorts of things :-)
Am I in the running?

So ditching the SIM card and getting another one is not a good way to handle situations like this then?

Nah.... not when you can use the work email directory to fnd out all you need biggrin :D
Ooooooo you sneaky bugger lol
Working in bloody IT has to have some advantages !!!

Did I ever tell you about the bloke who, after a clear email from me afterwards saying it was a one-off (I was in a good mood considering he was a crap shag - though I spared his feelings and didn't tell him that) decided to email me three times a day and ring me up to 30 times EVERY DAY for TWO MONTHS    ... sad or what......

Not until now !!!!
Names should be hinted at for that amazingly thick behaviour.
I give up after 2 reminders as 1 email could easily go astray (and I am also owed a set of photos by one couple.... evil )

As a single guy, if you get 2 or 3 meets out of 1 couple you are quite possibly doing very well, especially if you meet via the ads rather than a club.

That's quite cheering then ! I always find it hard approaching couples in clubs, usually because there are so many singles around, so yes most have been via ads.

However, we would never suggest that it was anything more than a one-off nsa when we first play and repeats and friendship are a bonus.

Absolutely the way it should be. As Vicky has said though, it's only polite to at least say thanks!!

And ladies, if you wake up the next morning and it's all being a horrible mistake, then picking up the phone when it rings and saying "hi, look I'm sorry, I might have got a wee bit carried away last night..." is the absolute best way of handling it. Blame it on the beer if it makes it more credible. Much better than just letting me keep ringing and ringing and not picking up.

Absolutely!! This happened to me last year (not someone from here, I was on a course from work with a woman from a distant department - and it was gin not beer biggrin ) and I reckon she regretted events but didn't say, perhaps because she picked ME up.
A bit of digging found she had a b/f so it's understandable but I wish she'd have just said something the next morning.. And I still wish he'd bugger off, whoever he is, mad 'cos she was good fun to be with.
Ant.
Debz, all I can say has been said above; he's most likely married and gets his kicks from the thrill of the 'chase' and conquest rather than just the sex.
From a single male point of view, there are an awful lot of couples out there that do the same - one or two meets and no more. I suppose sheer numbers allow them to get away with that, but I can count on the fingers of one hand, those who were honest at the outset and said they just wanted a one-off. I don't have a problem with that type of meeting at all, but it can dent your confidence a bit when you're not sure if that's the reason for sudden silence, especially when it happens for the 2nd or 3rd time !!
I'm now at the stage of being pleasantly surprised when that's not the case biggrin :D
I am of course ignoring the possibility that maybe I'm just a crap shag ! redface
Ant.
p.s. I wouldn't be offended if you passed my name onto your friend !!

1) Indecent Exposure (men only, women can no longer be charged for this)

Surely a case of sexual discrimination if true. Don't suppose anyone is brave enough to drag it through the law to find out though !!!

Currently reading Michael Palin's Himalaya book (lots of piccies and I missed the tv series).
Not long since finished "Once More, With Feeling" which is a very funny true story about how two British journalists go to Amsterdam to make a porn movie with a plot. They just about succeed too...

I'm interested ! Pleae have a peek at my advert and get back in touch if you would like to meet up...

Took me a few seconds to scan birch (spelling) as beech... but then again I've just got home for a fetish club and still got hitting arses with wooded things on my mind ;-)
Now I don't get that ! I was assuming the original post was a mis-spelling for beach. No birch trees at all.... confused

Here, there, and everywhere. We sometimes buy chips and throw them at people.
confused

Thank goodness these are Northern chips and not London ones...
Despite years of trying, I still cannot fathom why people get violent when p***ed. Maybe I'm missing an 'angry' gene? If anyone could enlighten me, I'd be happy to hear. (Although I usually know who to avoid, I always wonder why...).

Hmm,

Just got back from a great night out in the windy wilds of Lancashire, so a massive thanks to Naughty Wigan Couple & Gingerjo & Lee for organising tonights event. biggrin :D
It was good to get to meet some more faces, even though it was very cold towards the end of the evening. Thanks also to Trainmanone for the music! Shame on those who skulked off early though evil
Memo to self: next event I attend must be indoors :-)

AMENDMENT TO DIRECTIONS
Not going into details on here but in the directions I sent you all last night, in the first paragraph I tell you to turn left. This should have said TURN RIGHT loon
I know, I know, bloody women, hopeless at directions!!!!!!!!!! Never been good with my left and right bolt

Help! maybe it's not quite where I thought it was then..... Turn left made sense to me - mind you it's 3 or 4 years since I've been down there confused

jo xxx

And only 2 days now until you start getting to know me :-)
Ant
You have to admit that £70  is very steep on a first visit........ I think I'd be asking if any ladies wanted to accompany me as afternoons aren't guaranteed to be busy anyway.
Too late for today, but of course there's always tomorrow and next week.... hint cool
Oh, alright, here I go, asking if any lady would accompany me to Cupids one afternoon then !! biggrin
Ant.
Looks like I'll be there the full evening now biggrin But it means I'll have to think what to cook...... confused
Must dig out a deckchair too .....
Ant.
The VIP used to be frequented by many couples (mind you I'm going back up to 20 years !!!) along with the 3 other sex cinemas in Manchester (all unfortunately now gone). I think the swingers clubs have taken most of that custom and there really are only dirty old men left. (and when I last went a couple of years ago, most customers were dirty & old !!!)
If you want to go one day Jo, I'll risk the dodginess to take you !! It's right by Oxford Rd station so if you don't want a lift until you know me better then it's easy to get to. I used to be a member so presumably can dig out my old card and renew there and then.
There were strippers on every day when I last went as well (some were good as well) so looks like it has changed a bit...
Can someone tell me if you need to join first to go to the Empire in Huddersfield? Sounds like it might be worth a trip one day..
Ant.
you'll be lucky !!! Most blokes who know how to wash themselves don't go in there.....

Hi Jo, hopefully we will get better acquainted this time biggrin :D

Hi there,
Any chance of me being invited to this party / bbq thingy? Hopefully NWC remember who I am.. :-) I didn't ask before as I thought I was stuck up in Blackpool for the Sat & Sun but it now seems I'll only be there one day or the other.
If I'm there Sunday, I could arrive at the start of festivities, but if I'm there Saturday it would be late in the evening when I arrived (i.e. 10pm ish) assuming it would be ok arriving at that time.
Thanks,
Ant.
