Would it be a good idea to create a forum specifically for tech questions?
There are a few great threads about tech help and advice all hidden deep in the cafe that could be useful for everyone newbies and oldies alike.
Also repetitons could be avoided by having on place where all the tech questions and asnwers are placed...
good idea? no? yes? maybe? awol shut your mouth!?
OK
(I wonder how long it'll take before this gets locked!)

HOW DO YOU DECIDE WHO TO MARRY?
You got to find somebody who likes the same stuff. Like, if you like sports, she should like it that you like sports, and she should keep the chips and dip coming.
---Allen, age 10
No person really decides who they're going to marry. God decides it all way before, and you get to find out later who you are stuck with.
---Kristen, age 10
WHAT IS THE RIGHT AGE TO GET MARRIED?
Twenty-three is the best age because you know the person FOREVER by then.
---Camille, age 10
No age is good to get married at. You got to be a fool to get married.
---Freddie, age 6
HOW CAN A STRANGER TELL IF TWO PEOPLE ARE MARRIED?
You might have to guess, based on whether they seem to be yelling at the same kids...
---Derik, age 8
WHAT DO YOU THINK YOUR MOM AND DAD HAVE IN COMMON?
Both don't want any more kids.
---Lori, age 8
WHAT DO MOST PEOPLE DO ON A DATE?
Dates are for having fun, and people should use them to get to know each other. Even boys have something to say if you listen long enough.
---Lynette, age 8
On the first date they just tell each other lies, and that usually gets them interested enough to go on a second date.
---Martin, age 10
WHEN IS IT OKAY TO KISS SOMEONE?
When they're rich.
---Pam, age 7
The law says you have to be 18, so I wouldn't want to mess with that.
---Curt, age 7
The rule goes like this: If you kiss someone, then you should marry them and have kids with them. It's the right thing to do.
---Howard, age 8
IS IT BETTER TO BE SINGLE OR MARRIED?
I don't know which is better, but I'll tell you one thing. I'm never going to have sex with my wife. I don't want to be all grossed out.
---Theodore, age 8
It's better for girls to be single but not for boys. Boys need someone to clean up after them.
---Anita, age 9
HOW WOULD THE WORLD BE DIFFERENT IF PEOPLE DIDN'T GET MARRIED?
There sure would be a lot of kids to explain, wouldn't there?
---Kelvin, age 8
HOW WOULD YOU MAKE A MARRIAGE WORK?
Tell your wife that she looks very pretty even if she looks like a truck.
---Ricky, age 10

I was wondering how many of us can admit to being "drunk" and in charge of an SH keyboard? (i.e - over the limit and posting crap :P ).

Well, I don't drink (apart form the odd glass of wine with meals) and the last time I got drunk was hmm er 20 years ago? Still that doesn't prevent me from posting crap anyway, as I'm sure SH members will soon discover

I was looking for information on swinging clubs and after doing a google I found this site. I lurked about a bit and decided to join.
Although sex was the driving force behind my joining I have no great expectations. I just liked the "community" spirit in the forums, the fact that the majority of you seem to know each other and are very friendly with each other (I won't mention newbie bating!) I felt I wanted to be part of it.
I have no idea whether this will work out for me or not in terms of being a successful swinger or not, I have my own life and my own issues to solve in real life but here it seems like a good place to escape from reality.
Also I always fantasised about the freedom and lifestyle of swingers. Freedom to express themselves socially, sexually and in any other way they do.
It's fascinating to see some of the SH members' websites and how free they are about their personalities, sexuality and tastes. Very refreshing from the "real" world I inhabit most of the time.
Hmm does that make sense?
I haven't got many fantasies but ever since I joined SH I've been fantasising about a number of ladies here (I won't say who they are!)
mmm a foursome mmm I can just imagine three gorgeous women from SH and me in the middle
ahhhh mmmm yes ohhh
smile
stop posting!!
I have to get back to work and I can't stop reading the damn threads!!
this is too addictive

My stereotypical swinger was based on some of the characters in the film The Ice Storm, in particular the scene where they all put their car keys into a bowl and then the females take a set out... and paired off with the male whose keys they were.

yep... me too - I used to think - shit if I want to get into swinging I must buy me a proper car and ditch my reliant robin

As a newbie here (by the way when does one cease to be a newbie?) I myself found his posts rather annoying and too much in your face. I can understand how it must have annoyed some more seasoned board members.
I don't know but I wouldn't just put behaviour like that to age. I certainly didn't behave like that when I was 19 nor my friends. Maybe we were a boring bunch ... who knows?

PS. Venus what's a ENFP/ENTP? I loked in the Acronyms in chatrooms page and can't find it. I bet it's going to be something really really obvious!!
