I took a mate in last year as he was having a messy divorce, and wouldn't take any rent from him just wanted to help him out. He stayed for 6 weeks and then met another woman, moved in with her and now I never see him. Trouble is I think its better to do someone a good turn rather than a bad one, and if your the type of person that likes to help others the thats a good trait not a bad one. biggrin

I should point out that its not just women in their 50's and 60's I fancy. I obviously find younger women attractive too, its just that my friends wouldn't even consider a women in her 50's and I think they are attractive. I think maybe I can look at any woman and find something attractive about them, maybe I'm greedy smile

I am a normal (he says biggrin

) guy aged 36 and my mates think its strange that I find women in their 50's and 60's attractive. Most of them like young women in their 20's but I find myself looking at much older women.
I often wonder what would happen if I chatted up a woman of this age as I only admire from afar. I have read stories about men with much older women but don't know how true they are.
