It's got to be the Iceland one. I mean, who the fuck thought it was a good idea to put Jason Donovan in stockings and suspenders?!!! On prime time TV! I ask you.

We paid £40 for our 6 foot Norway spruce. I don't buy into the Nordman Fir rubbish - a Norway won't drop it's needles if you keep it watered and it smells a million times better than a Nordman.
I think they saw us coming at that price, although it is a beautiful tree. It's been up for nearly 2 weeks now lol

Someone didn't fill the coal bucket before they went out on their works Christmas 'do'

I send lots of naughty pics from my phone. Rarely to *him* lol. It also allows me to sext too
I LOVE mobile phones lol

they MUST be cooked just to the point of not smelling raw. And served with little bits of smoked bacon fried crispy - stirred through with the bacon fat.

This, but instead of boiling them, cooking them up in the frying pan in a little butter, with white wine and chopped shallotts along with the bacon.
Won't eat them any other way.

Whoohooooo! I was just talking about this today. Screw the kids, Ilove this site lol

My wife.
Actually, I'd "pop out" for pretty much anything really lol I love the whole "adventure" side of it. I've got boots, I've got waterproofs and windproofs.
Bring it on!
*Him*
Umm... bump? Did anyone get anywhere with organising this, or is it still a pipe dream - for now?

Back to the OP why didn't you just use the batteries out of the TV remote?
Or failing that use your electric toothbrush? wink

Hahaha because our remotes all have the wrong sized batteries
Electric toothbrush? Nah, that wouldn't have had half the kick I needed. I'm very demanding you know....
I got sorted out eventually - when *Him* got home  (might post the pictures too later :winksmile
*Her*
......getting home to an empty house (*Him* is on a Christmas 'do') after a hard day at work, horny as hell. Quick shower, lie back on the bed, turn on my favourite vibe and.......
..........me fecking batteries died!
Currently waiting with a glass of wine in my hand, for some more to charge up, but what's the betting I loose my horn before then? Lol.
What frustrates you?

Normaly (but not this year) I put the tree and deccies up in the first days of nov and the Xmas lights up 1st dec. I love Xmas

OK, I thought I was bad! I'm moaning because it's the 1st Dec tomorrow and my tree won't be up because we were away last weekend.
I simply can't put my tree up in an evening - there isn't enough time. It takes a whole afternoon! Sunday i'll do it - if i'm not hungover from the Bristol social! Actually, i'll do it if I am. I'm buggered if i'm not putting my tree up till the 11th December!!!!

Woke up to a light dusting then it snowed all morning but it was only like dandruff and never did anything. No more forecast here until Thursday.

And then watch, it'll dump it down Friday night and no one will be able to make the social on Saturday lol
*Her*
We have snow! In Bristol! It's just started. Yaaayyyyy. Sadly, we'll be leaving it in a few hours to drive to Kent  Guaranteed it'll all be gone by the time we get home
*Her*
Ahhhh crap. I certainly wasn't tee total on Friday night (I know, that'll surprise you lol ) I almost drunk my own body weight in wine. Saturday was interesting lol.
Anyway - only just over a week till the next one now biggrin
*Her*
Our first "full" couple swap was only last weekend, despite the time we've been around the scene. We've "dabbled" a bit before that, including our very first time being a single F from here years ago. How did we find it? Bloody fantastic! Both times lol We were lucky enough to have met a fab Lady and couple who we clicked with straight away and made us feel right at ease.
We're looking forward to more of the same now
*Her*
Awww guys, we'd have loved to but we have a house guest.
Next time - for sure
*Her*
Sunday night telly? No idea. Not a clue. We were out swinging till the wee hours ::grin:
Seriously tho - much like the Tweeky's, we rarely watch "live" telly. We record whole series (or download them) and watch them back to back. No adverts either. What we want, when we want it.
*Her*
Memories of a fab first meet last night
It was well worth being knackered half the day for wink
*Her*
One of my candidates from work is on here. Face shot and all. I've been tempted many times to freak him out by emailing him by his real name lol He also added me to FB. Nice guy too.
We also met a couple here once who lived 2 streets away. Freaky!

I have lots of little gripes about the world, but generally they only strike me as they happen, and thankfully, once past, I forget them.
At the moment though, there are a few that stick in my mind.
Designers - product designers to be specific. Essentially "artists" that have a penchant for random household objects and can't "artfully" draw outside the lines.
White shoes. I've noticed a lot of "designers" wearing normal jeans / t-shirt combos, teamed with white plimpsole style tight pointy poncey shoes. I hope they wear them somewhere where safety shoes are required and drop something heavy on their poncey white toes.
Running out of milk / sugar / tea. Tea is a vital part of my working day. Without ta, I don't function. You'll understand, I hope, that running out of one of the ingredients would rile me uncontrollably. Lets be fair - it's not hard to realise that once we start running low on something we should order more. Grrrr
There are more things that irk me but I fear I may start throwing things in frustration!
*Him*
I (*Her*) vomited several times with nerves the morning of our first meet. Didn't mean I didn't want to do it lol
Some people just deal with things differently. I've since learnt, instead of letting the nerves control me, to accept that they're there, it's perfectly natural and they haven't bothered me as much since.
As Dino said tho - talk about it.
