That is exactly the way I describe it to people.... and it look me ages to break my local pub, so maybe it just made me more patient with the chat rooms to begin with, stick with it..
Sometimes the more established the room... the longer and harder it is to break... I just jump in with both feet and make a clod of myself!!!
but I think it is true that some rooms tend to be more friendly than others... just a case of finding the ones that work for you...

I am torn on this one... I see it coming from a few different angles....
I am really, really uncomfortable with the way some people tend to parade the fact they have a meet by playing on cam.... so you have a meet, yey, congrats! I not against peoples being on cam before or after, its actually the during that is my problem for me
Also rightly or wrongly the "discretion" angle then pops in my head, and I am seriously horrified sometimes by the lack of it, me personally would I be more or less likely to play with people who do this....for me it would be less

some rooms and people are far worse for it than others... and I now tend to shy away from those rooms and those people
I think what compounds this is the way some people like to play "commentator".... if I am not watching the cam, well even if i am, I don't need a running commentary of what is going on.. it is my biggest peeve after people driecting!

Some reckon its "zone alarm" that does it, others say its their anti virus......I would recommend checking your puter for malware first.....then swapping to another anti virus for example avg even just temperarily just to see if it helps....

when I am online my internet broswer connection just stops working......I know it is a browser problem because all of the other stuff that uses it still works (Itunes, MSN, my online poker sites ect........)
I use firefox, IE7 and safari and the same thing happens on all of them......
It happens quicker when i am looking at videos.. I.E youtube....
It is really frustating..... hope one of you tech-heads have a solution for me

have to say that i agree with a lot of what fem said.... all well and good being a couple and playing as a couple, but if you only see pics of one person then it does tend to raise a few flags....
if it is the issue of getting to know people and taking your time, then maybe going down the socials/munch route is best for you, where you can sit down and actually talk to people.....

I would assume that the text messages are actually saved to your sim card.... so if you take it out and put it another you will be fine....
if you are upgrading to another nokia phone then you have another option...what you can do if you have the usb cable is save them all to the nokia data suite.... save everything there.. then save them to your new mobile phone
