I don't agree, it is perfectly possible for two people to meet up, even from this site, and agree NOT to have sex, not by "default", but as a positive choice. They may decide that other aspects of attraction have surfaced which make sex an unwanted diversion, at least in the short term. I do not know whether you, Tania, recognise any of my point as being relevant to your dilemma or not, but I think this deserves pointing out. Good luck.

Nah, I think your G.P was pulling your leg. If people wanted to get a high illegally, they'd go for stronger stuff. The injection is only given to overcome problems with G.I absorption (intrinsic factor deficiency). But still the active ingredient Vit. B12 is the same.
The reason you may feel on a high is that your used to lower oxygen levels, the B12 only takes you to what you would be like if you weren't anaemic. So for someone who is "normal" there wouldn't be any additional benefits in taking supplements (orally or i.m)
My GP dosnt have a sense of humour!! You may be right about the oxygen levlesl, but i wasnt given these injections for my blood disorder, but for eyesight problems and by a specialist.

I just re-read my original post and realize that I may have been a bit unclear with respect to the involvement of the partner. Our aim in meeting both is not to get third-party consent, but rather to determine whether both partners would play as a couple (which is something we'd no doubt ask of the individual before requesting the meet with their "other half"). If it turned out that both didn't play together, as we do, we'd give it a miss...as we wouldn't want to swing with one member of a couple where the other wasn't involved, regardless of anyone's consent. Hope this clarifies...
