Always Dawlish Warren, Devon, but still not bored with it...going back to camp next week!
As a kid we always holiday'd with the rest of the family, aunts, uncles, cousins and grandparents. And have so many fond memories including - sisters first steps, first stitches (in my knee from falling over) and probably my most embarrassing memory - first time drunk...and being found on the beach with no recollection of how i got there redface
You just cant beat camping!!!

I used to pick rose petals & put them in water to make my own perfume.

That was a favorite of ours too!
Also, playing chicken on our bikes where you had to cycle round in cirlces and not dare to put a foot down. Always ended in a pile up in the middle of the road :lol2:
oh...and the catching of creepy crawlies in jam jars, thinking that as long as you fed with grass and leaves you'd have your very own pet for ever....untill you realised you never put air holes in the lid that was sad

Mrs G...
When last we met I personally could see nothing wrong with your breasts :rascal:
But.....
If someone is unhappy with their appearance for whatever reasons then they have to consider alterations..
Low self esteem can be a very damaging ilness and can have drastic consequences if untreated or ignored..
My sis-in-law recently had breast enlargement as she felt very unhappy with her appearence and after some discomfort and pain post op she is now a much happier person so it can and does work....
Just choose who very carefully

Mallock why an earth didnt you say so at the time... had worse chat up lines! :giggle:
It is an extremely personal decision and will not be right for the majority of people
You must
- be realistic about the risks
- make sure you have lots of support
- be 100% sure
My friend's did look & feel very real
Mrs G
just a thought...
...but after feeling this way, would you, in his company, feel safe/relaxed/at ease and be able to enjoy a face to face meeting? How long would you be willing to wait until you were proved wrong?
Saying this, I dont believe you get to know a person enough just though cyber chat
Good luck girl & stay safe

Debs, I have to admit to looking into this also and so far, the only thing that has stopped it happening thus far is - am i being selfish spending a decent amount of money on myself, rather than on my children?
Having said that, I have spoken to a few friends that decided to go ahead with an 'enlargement' through Bupa. Ive researched this private company and with confirmation from before mentioned friends, they seem to be my most likely candidates. From the consultaions beforehand, through surgery, then the very long aftercare they provide.
Easy to find info on the net, including practices near yourselves and background info on each surgeon/consultant.
As long as your happy with your decision Debs, go for it!
kiss Mrs G
Being a smoker and working in a pub, im still looking forward to the ban.
It will certainly be a more pleasant environment to work in, yes...a smokers point of view! and I believe my work rate will increase...busying oneself, trying not to crave ones ciggys!
But.......will I have the customers on the premises to serve? I dont think so!
All we can do is wait and see. I believe it has worked elsewhere so why not here? Dont we all adapt when we have to? Surely thats one of our greatest abilities dunno

So here we are all struggling to make ourselves understood

I understand that completely :giggle:
And like Sgt Bilko, I too, have replied but not clicked submit because I've found it difficult to find the words to convey excactly what I've felt...so, I havent.
Would rather keep my mouth shut than be misunderstood and bring the tone down confused

Im ok (to a certain extent) with the playing away from home bit as long as the person is up front and honest about it, I think confused Well I think it depends upon the person that does it actually too, what feel I get for them. What their personality tells me about them. and maybe also what is expected from the meet? dunno
Im starting to confuse myself now :? lol
louise xx
Think I understand what your saying Louise, same for us too I think. If we later found that we'd been lied to we'd feel as though we were also being deceitful and that would not go down very well at all!

toast, chocolate spread, chopped up mars bar and marshmallows - pop it under the grill til the marshmallow and mars bar blend together finish it off with a great big dollop of clotted cream

Am soo going to have to try that one
Salad cream with everything including mixed with gravy on roast dinner mmmmmm tho should replace that with big chunk branston when having cottage pie!
Weird dunno maybe a little but i dont mean my eating habits innocent
Mrs G x
always said you talked rubbish Lostie :giggle:
redface well someone was gonna say it!
family of 5 = an awful lot of rubbish! - but, now we recycle as much as possible (including plastic which we have to make a seperate journey for) and have recently made use of a compost bin for food waste. It does make a difference!!! Compared to the 3 or 4 bags of rubbish our neighbours put out we have on average just 1 and i cannot believe the lack of recycling from those in our street mad
I also believe the councils use the 'enviroment' card to their advantage too but surely the responsibility ultimately lies with us and whether forced into it or not, someone will pay the price!
Mrs G x
If its someone who you care about its very hard not to speak out if you feel there is no other way. Unfortunately it often takes time before that person can see that it was because of those feelings you have that you felt you had to say what was said and can take a while before the said person realises this. Very often though the damage has been done and the relationship is never quite the same.
So, do you? dont you? a very personal decision, so different for anyone in that position.
I hope you are both strong enough to work through this redgirlmanc :therethere:

Best line from the series (Gene Hunt)

"ok, we have a criminal to catch, but right now, its beer o'clock"
How did they get away with these sexist and racist comments?
Fantastic series, we wait with baited breath for the spin off. Definately a  to the bbc for this one!
I have to admit to an occasional and rare smack though I do try to use other methods which I have found to be extremely succesful. For the youngest we use the 'naughty step' this doesnt include any shouting just calm and firm direction and explanation. The eldest children get sent to thier rooms. This they hate whether its the embarrassement or the feeling of missing out, it is very effective and we always have an apology and a damn good chat after to discuss how we all felt.
The biggest problem in my opinion is lack of respect, but we also have to respect our children. I do not agree with violence or abuse obviously but should we really be told how to discipline our children or just advised.

Im a textaholic, been trying to cut down but its not working
Majority of them are joke texts, with a few flirty texts to close friends, but Mr grif and our closest friends get quite a few dirty texts too redface
Have had a few sexy senarios/short stories texted which Mr Grif and myself have acted out after reading, then replied to finish the story, great fun :rascal:
