Hi folks,
My only expectations of a WRATS party is that you are guarenteed a warm welcome and hospitality that is out of this world !!!!!!!!!
I am comfortable that whom ever is on the guest list will be of a like mind and the diverse mix of guests will make for an interesting and very enjoyable night.
I'm sure who ever is choosen as the nexbie single male will have an excellent time.

I am by no means poking fun at anyone who suffers with this debilitating condition, the anaphlaxis, not the nuts on the chin lol. I know how serious it is for those who suffer but for those ladies who don't like to swallow isn't this just the perfect excuse to decline lol
I actually do suffer from anaphlaxic shock if stung by wasps or bees....but I've still had a few little pricks. lol :angel:
Finally I found it, I knew there would be a thank you thread here somewhere.
It was another night of firsts for me, lol
Big Thanks to Chaotic for organising the get together and encouraging the convoy down to the woods, (A first for me, and a new side to my Derby life :shock: )

ok, I know this is going to sound really dim, but i'm working on the assumtion that i'm not the only one out here with this problem. The chatters list to the right of my screen often has blanks where chatters should be, and in fact when i scroll down their names are visable in the text box at the base of the screen. Is this what you mean by script error..or is this a different problem?
Sorry to be thick but could i have the answer explained in laymans term please.

I’m a really shy, very inexperienced newbie, and i dont know many people in Derby as I only move here last year after being brought up in a convent school. Yes i know my profile says i'm 38, but i'm a slow starter. :angel:
Do you think it would be Ok for me and my chaperone to come alone to your meeting. My chaperone is my 87 year old maiden aunt, she’s a little bit deaf but still quiet alert for her age.
I understand it’s a social gathering; shall I bring a selection of my needle point and home made jams to share? Do we all sing hymns at these meeting??
Oh I do hope you let me attend. I promise that I will not get in the way. :happy:

When I first join SH back in March, Uncle was one of my first contacts in the chat rooms. He guided me thought the nerve racking experience of whispers, helped me decide what to write in my profile and was constantly making sure I was Ok. He was able to explain some of the terminology that was alien to be as I was coming from a ‘vanilla’ environment without making me feel like an idiot for asking.
Nearly 6 months on and I am now a regular in the Midlands room where I have made lots of new friends and have spent many a pleasant hour chatting.
I would like to thank Uncle for all his help and guidance, without which I may have bolted for the exit and never returned.
