What about exercise?
I tend to eat a lot of junk food, but i'm one of the lucky ones that doesnt tend to put on weight!
What my cholesterol count is i havent got a clue.
But the fact that i smoke and dont do any exercise is definately having an affect!
Exercise is a big factor in keepin us healthy whatever we eat!!

This could be a good idea
Got to be loads of us here that smoke, that really want to give up!! But need that something extra to help.Pick a day to stop Sassy and see how many of us will join you and how many of us can give it up for good
Maybe start a, given up smoking thread, to see how we get on and how many of us are climbing up the walls

one other possibility is that the "s" is is the wrong place in one part :D

and now you know one During my teens i tried it and thought yuck! Couldnt figure out why people smoked!
I was about 22 when i started having the odd fag off my mates when i was working afternoons and took the car into town. Couldnt drink so took the odd one. Woke up in the morning and my fingers stank of smoke!!
Did that for almost 2 years! Maybe having 4 or 5 on the saturday nights that i had the car. Then on that fatefull night shift when i got really bored about 3 in the morning, i thought, I know i'll have a fag! (packet left in my jacket pocket from a saturday night).

Packed in for 6 months many years back. Since then its been the odd couple of days, up to a few weeks!

Was happily browsing around an auction the day prior to the sale. When i recieved a phonecall from a mate, telling me that another mates stepson had shot himself with a shotgun!
